Everything from start to finish was amazing about Casa Blanca. We were greeted by our host and led directly to our table. We got a seat right on the water and it was absolutely beautiful. Victor our server and everyone else at the restaurant made sure that our water glasses were full and were completely taken care of from the moment we were seated. And the food. Amazing. Can't talk enough about the food. It was absolutely phenomenal and I can't wait to recommend this place to everyone. We left full and happy and it was worth every penny. I would come back here again. 10/10 for the service, food and atmosphere. Absolutely phenomenal.

Casablanca on the Bay is the rare Miami restaurant that understands the quiet power of restraint. In a city that often dazzles with theatrics, this waterfront institution chooses a different path: freshness, simplicity, and a devotion to the sea that feels almost reverential. The dining room is framed by the kind of Biscayne Bay views that tempt you to linger, but it's the food that anchors the experience. Dishes arrive with an unfussy elegance no gimmicks, no unnecessary flourish just clean, confident cooking built on pristine seafood. The whole fried snapper, a local favorite, is a masterclass in balance. Crisp skin yields to tender, delicately sweet flesh, the kind that flakes beneath your fork with zero resistance. Paired with citrus and herbs, it's a reminder of how sublime fish can be when the kitchen lets it speak for itself. The seafood paella is equally noteworthy: deeply saffroned rice layered with clams, mussels, shrimp, and lobster, each cooked with surprising precision for a dish so often treated as communal theater. Here, it feels personal, deliberate every bite carrying the warmth of the kitchen behind it. Perhaps the greatest triumph is their unwavering commitment to freshness. Casablanca sources from its own market next door, and you can taste that immediacy. The marinades are lighter, the seasoning more confident, the textures more vivid. You're never left wondering how long your fish spent out of the water you can feel the answer. Service is polished but never intrusive, with a staff that knows the menu intimately and treats every table as if it might become a regular. And many do. Casablanca doesn't chase trends. It doesn't need to. It stands as one of Miami's most quietly excellent seafood restaurants a place where the view may first draw you in, but the cooking will bring you back again and again.

This restaurant, despite its high price tag, offers undeniably delectable cuisine, making it a worthwhile indulgence. It presents an excellent choice for a romantic evening or even a first date, as its ambiance exudes charm and hospitality. The decor is aesthetically pleasing and contributes to the overall dining experience, creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons. The service is prompt and efficient, ensuring that diners are not subjected to extended wait times. Furthermore, the restaurant provides a selection of well-crafted beverages that harmonize beautifully with the food. During my visit, I had the opportunity to sample several dishes, including the ceviche, which was refreshing and flavorful, the fried conch balls, which were impeccably crispy, the salmon served with a side of Caesar salad, which was cooked to perfection, and the grouper accompanied by plantains, which was a delightful amalgamation of flavors. In summary, it was an unforgettable dining experience.

The lobster bisque was the best thing of the whole dinner. Anything that had shrimp wasn't great. The fish was great. Ambiance and service was great. Loved going during sunset hour.

The food is good the tacos were small but the oysters were great. Nice and friendly service. The outside seating is amazing view of the boats passing by.

We docked our boat for lunch at this gem of a restaurant! First timers here!! The staff was fantastic with getting us a table, greeting us & reviewing the menu with our party of 6! It was a busy Saturday lunch rush & everything was smooth! From the ambiance of the boats going by, to the music was perfect! The food was the freshest and tastiest we've had in a very long time for seafood! Everything was flawless!! Can't wait to go again!!

I haven't been here for a long time. I remember the parking was a headache there. But the area got modernized and there are plenty of street parking now. We sat outside by the water and the day was just beautiful. We ordered ceviche, seafood stew, and some raw tuna fish. Then, for main dishes, we had whole fried snapper and seafood paella. All dishes were well seasoned and yummy. The server was friendly and nice but as the restaurant got crowded, it got slow a bit. But overall I enjoyed the good and a visit.

If you're wondering were to get pescado frito in Miami, this is the spot We enjoyed a seafood feast while watching boats go through the beautiful Miami River Casablanca offers a refreshing break from the usual fancy and over the top restaurants in Miami. It's the perfect spot for going with family and enjoy a display of seafood plates on the table The service wasn't so great tho. We were a large party so maybe that's the reason (?) Portions are very big so I recommend sharing, even though they say it's for one person Whole Fried Fish: delicious. Paella Casablanca for one: not the best i've had, but it was great anyways. What was missing for me was the crunchy rice at the bottom that paella usually has. Peruvian Style Fish Ceviche: would order again, very fresh

Stop by for lunch and they promptly open exactly the time they are supposed to open. Came in a few mins early and they told me to wait... Nice view of the water was pretty. Their water they offered had some weird tiny black specks in it. Did asked them for a new glass and there was still black specks in it, ended up not drinking the water all together. I ordered their mahi mahi fish sandwich, which came with fries and slaw. I did enjoy the slaw and the fries. The fish I had blackened and it tasted great. unfortunately it took forever just to make a fish sandwich. probably waited over 25min for the food. Waitress wasn't too great, she took forever to come back to get my order. Didn't really like the service here.

    Amazing grouper soup!!

We ordered a ton, and right off the bat: if you love croquetas and empanadas, order extra. They're on the smaller side and come individually, but they are so good they disappear fast. The beef empanadas were a 10/10 perfectly seasoned and crispy. The chicken empanadas didn't hit the same for me, but the jamón croquetas? Absolutely insane. A must. For appetizers, the prawns al ajillo were delicious super flavorful and cooked perfectly. We also tried the grilled octopus, which was good, but not my favorite. It leaned a bit bland for my taste, even with the sauce. Now, the must-get: the carnitas with pickled onions. Easily one of the best dishes of the night so flavorful, tender, and perfectly balanced. For entrées, we had the ribeye steak and arroz con pollo, plus sides of tostones and yuca. Everything here delivered. The steak was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right not overly salty. The arroz con pollo was phenomenal, the kind of dish you could eat every single day. The tostones were crispy and tossed in garlic, which took the flavor to another level, and the yuca was melt-in-your-mouth good. I also ordered a mojito, which unfortunately was very watered down, I barely got any of that classic mojito flavor. Service overall was solid, especially considering how loud the restaurant gets it was honestly hard to hear each other at the table, so shoutout to our server for keeping everything straight. The appetizers came out quickly, back-to-back, which we loved. The only downside was the wait for the entrées they took quite a while after we finished the apps, even though we ordered everything at once. Overall, amazing food, great energy, and definitely worth going just be prepared for a lively (and loud) atmosphere.

I used to go to the club in my college years. After the hotel was sold, the club moved to the Rocky Horror venue in Coconut Grove. In 1999 after that closed too, the club became a roaming pop up at different South Florida venues. Which is how I came to be at Bar Nancy in Little Havana on a Saturday night. They host a monthly Kitchen Club night. Almost everything was closed in Little Havana by the time I arrived so it was surprisingly easy to find metered street parking only two blocks away. Bar Nancy did not have a cover charge which was nice. The bar is decorated like a pirate ship with many nautical touches. It is named for the brigantine Nancy, which transported war supplies during the American Revolution. The room the bar is located in was small, dark, hot, and crowded. Many people enjoyed themselves on the dance floor in front of the DJ. They also have a backyard area that was popular. My favorite room was the one between the two. It was decorated like the Captains quarters with a couch and comfortable chairs. I could still enjoy the music and more importantly, the air conditioning. During the night I had a delicious Amaretto Sour. Despite the dive bar surroundings, it was a hefty $15. While that is expensive for a cocktail, it was a small price to pay to relive my youth for one evening.
