The cheese remained melty and soft the entire time we were eating it which, if you've ever had queso fundido before, you know it can be a race against the clock before it gets hard and difficult to eat. I also must mention that their wine selection was nice and our server and bartender were both knowledgable and able to make a good recommendation for me when I wanted to order a bottle. My boyfriend got a beer and said it was the most perfectly cold beer he'd had in a really long time (which is no easy feat since it was a very hot night). He actually wanted to keep returning just to get an ice cold brewski!
