They had seating options inside and outside from couches to lounge on to vintage door table sets to do work at. Their menu consists of various hot/iced teas & coffees, pastries & other baked goods, waffles, acai bowls, and many more! Everything here is fairly priced compared to shops like these in the States. I'm not sure if it is on the higher end of the spectrum for Mexico though. I ordered the Nutella latte with almondmilk as a dairy-free option. It was a hot coffee drink which I thought was OKAY. It just tasted like regular coffee with a few dollops of nutella thrown in there that did not really mix or melt in well. It was not a bad drink, just thought it would have had a more Nutella taste to the entire thing. The real reason I gave this place five stars is for the Waffle con Fruta. It's presentation was beautiful and it tasted better than it looked! Definitely would recommend this place simply for this!

I order a chicken bagel sandwich and it was great. I got it to go and it came out in a nice little box with the sandwich tied up with a string. Was that necessary, no but the attention to detail was great and it made it look even cooler. I work down the street from here and it's starting to be my quick grab and go coffee shop. I will try their breakfast food next. Oh the one thing I didn't like but it's not a really big deal is, no WiFi.

After seeing so many positive reviews on TikTok, we decided to bring our family here for breakfast…read moreduring our vacation in Rosarito. Overall, it was a very good experience, but not quite a 5-star visit. The food was fresh and delicious, and you can tell they use quality ingredients. While we waited for our meal, they brought out a complimentary dessert and fresh fruit plate, which was a thoughtful touch and a nice surprise. One thing to keep in mind is that they don't allow outside drinks. Our server politely informed us that my daughter couldn't have her Gatorade inside the restaurant. It wasn't a huge deal, but I wish there was a little more flexibility for families with young kids. The other reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the seasoning. While the food was good, I felt it needed a little more flavor. Maybe our taste buds in the U.S. are just used to stronger seasoning, but I found myself wishing for a bit more salt and seasoning to really make the dishes pop. Overall, the food quality is excellent, the complimentary fruit and dessert were a nice touch, and I can definitely see why this place is so popular. I'd still recommend giving it a try and would come back the next time I'm in Rosarito.

One glance at top coffee spots in the area and we were sold on Malvia! We called an Uber to take us over. Once dropped off on Avenida Revolución we read in other reviews that the shop can be a challenge to find - but we are a persistent bunch and figured it out. Here are simple directions to locate it: find the gastropub La Justina on Revolucion and walk down the stairs to the left of it. Then proceed forward until you see the unmistakably unique and cute decor of Malvia on the left. There are several tables outside then the coffee bar space at the store front. All the drinks looked delightful and it was a tough decision to select just one drink. A friend opted for an iced drink with coconut and espresso, I chose the "Dorado" which featured turmeric. It was sumptuous and refreshing - with a gold appearance from the turmeric. The espresso was tasty and there was just the right amount of sweetness. Super refreshing and highly recommended. Service was kind and prices are super reasonable. The sitting area was unique too - there's other neat stores in the area and the temperature was nice since we were underground. Overall, Malvia was excellent and definitely worth checking out. Thanks for the memorable experience!

The first few times I had come to grab a coffee, Malvia was either closed or I was just unable to find them. If you are using Google Maps my best advice is to get to the corner of Madero and Third and enter one of several doors which will lead you into a large market style space. Malvia is about a shoe-boxed sized cafe in Zona Centro. There are several tables in the front with seating for probably around twenty. On the afternoon of a June day I visited and ordered an iced latte. It was 45 pesos and probably around twenty ounces. It was very delicious and I was happy to sip on it while I walked to Gastro Telefonica. Malvia definitely fits into to the Tijuana craft coffee scene and I highly recommend you stop by to try out a caffeinated drink.
