We had some time to kill one morning in TJ so decided to walk around ( I also wanted some food) found the coffee shop and got a couple of drinks. the place is super clean and employees were friendly drinks were reasonably priced and made perfectly. there was ample outdoor seating. I didn't get food b/c it wasn't nothing stood out to me. I will come back one day. what a great idea that they were coffee and wine...my 2 favorite drinks!! I'll likely be back

Good coffee surprisingly. Great location. Clean cafe with inside and outside seating. They offer coffee, teas, pastries, along with other food items. Good quality beans, medium roast. We ordered a iced white mocha, vanilla latte and caramel frappe. Reason prices. The red velvet and chocolate brownies cookie box we're good, a little dry. Yet the carrot cake slice was good. Reasonable prices. Modest customer service

It was nearing the end of my TJ expedition with an old friend, and I was in need of a good cup of coffee before driving back to LA. We walked a bit along Ave Revolucion, and came across this place. I liked the vibe emanating from this place, so here we came for our cup of joe. I went with my all time classic: a cappuccino. I decided to get some flavor added, and went with the coconut. My buddy got a mocha and a cheesecake. After waiting on the drinks for a shot bit, we enjoyed our drinks while sitting in the outside patio looking out at the main street. There were a few people sitting even spaced throughout that patio, with a few people sitting inside. This is consistent with Covid precautions, which I'm glad they're following. The customer service was exceptional. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken cared of. They did a great job with our drinks, mine having a right balance of flavor and strength. My buddy was happy with his drink and pastry. This coffee shop is relatively new, but I can tell that they are off to a good start. I was impressed by my overall experience here, and I recommend this place wholeheartedly. Come check em out, the next time you find yourself in Tijuana.

Cafe Baristi is conveniently located in Avenida Revolucion in downtown Tijuana. It has an outdoor patio as well as indoor seating. Some of the highlights were a clean environment I noticed staff going around and disinfecting tables after customer use. They offer an ample selection of coffees, teas, and light food items. I ordered a veggie burger and it was decent I just wish the bread was different. I also ordered some ice tea that was hand crafted and the best ice tea I've had in my life. Will return for the iced tea. Customer service was average, friendly but a bit slow/distracted staff.

What a great place for coffee, banana bread slice and wine. We had coffee and it was just perfect. The oats cookie was just amazing, not too sweet and smooth. The ambience is nice and young

Nothing special, I ordered the Aztec mocha, too sweet I didn't liked at all. And the the employees need more training I ask to the barista at front door who took my temperature with the scan do it on my hand every where else say yes, but he refused and insisted to scan my forehead I know is not good to health to do that I watched on news, I'm soo disappointed I never come back!

I bought two glasses of Cabernet at this cafe and bar. I dont usually write bad reviews but felt compelled to in this situation. Do not purchase the L.A. CETTO cabernet. I want to make clear that I will drink any kind of wine. Except pruno (jail made wine). However, the glasses of wine we bought here tasted skunky and were undrinkable. Let me put it this way, imagine the smell coming from grapes being smashed by unwashed homeless people with toe jam between their toes. That's what the stench of the wine was like. We gave it a couple sips and ended up giving the two full glasses to the staff letting them know their wine had gone bad. I didn't expect a refund or exchange for food. So what did I learn from drinking that bum wine? I learned, just like the manufacturer I CAN do whatever I wanted to do in life and not be good at it.

Casual walk in to cool off .. great little joint to grab a smoothie , tea or coffee

One glance at top coffee spots in the area and we were sold on Malvia! We called an Uber to take us over. Once dropped off on Avenida Revolución we read in other reviews that the shop can be a challenge to find - but we are a persistent bunch and figured it out. Here are simple directions to locate it: find the gastropub La Justina on Revolucion and walk down the stairs to the left of it. Then proceed forward until you see the unmistakably unique and cute decor of Malvia on the left. There are several tables outside then the coffee bar space at the store front. All the drinks looked delightful and it was a tough decision to select just one drink. A friend opted for an iced drink with coconut and espresso, I chose the "Dorado" which featured turmeric. It was sumptuous and refreshing - with a gold appearance from the turmeric. The espresso was tasty and there was just the right amount of sweetness. Super refreshing and highly recommended. Service was kind and prices are super reasonable. The sitting area was unique too - there's other neat stores in the area and the temperature was nice since we were underground. Overall, Malvia was excellent and definitely worth checking out. Thanks for the memorable experience!

The first few times I had come to grab a coffee, Malvia was either closed or I was just unable to find them. If you are using Google Maps my best advice is to get to the corner of Madero and Third and enter one of several doors which will lead you into a large market style space. Malvia is about a shoe-boxed sized cafe in Zona Centro. There are several tables in the front with seating for probably around twenty. On the afternoon of a June day I visited and ordered an iced latte. It was 45 pesos and probably around twenty ounces. It was very delicious and I was happy to sip on it while I walked to Gastro Telefonica. Malvia definitely fits into to the Tijuana craft coffee scene and I highly recommend you stop by to try out a caffeinated drink.

The menu options were simple, i don't know if making a concoction of flavors was possible but it didn't show. I like bitterness in my coffee and this had just a hint of it. We tried the mazapán and Mexican mocha, they were both good. Again, i prefer the stronger coffee flavor so for me it was subtle but still good. The flavor of mazapán was there but again, subtle. They were not overly sweet which I liked. We also tried a s'mores puerquito cookie which was also not overly sweet and good flavor. I will be back and ask if I could have my coffee made stronger, hopefully this helps! Our total for 2 coffees (hot and cold) and a puerquito was $14.50 Food/Coffee:**** Service:**** Ambiance:*

Now I get to go sit in less traffic with a smile on my face and a warm cuppa Joe in my hand Of course I had to order two different recipes. I got the cinnamon dolce and the rosemary iced latte. They are both perfectly made with the perfect amount of coffee to sugar ratio. She also had milk alternatives for me, so I got both with oat milk! Not to mention her website was so professional, and easy to use. Thanks again I hope your business thrives! Can't wait to come back next time I need a good coffee close to CBX! PS I'm buying two rosemary iced lattes next time!
