Beautiful decor, fresh flowers & friendly staff. The chips & salsa were fresh and delicious. The salsa had a different flavor. I'm not a chef. But it reminded me a little of adobo (maybe)? Whatever it was we all really enjoyed it. The guac was creamy and limey. Most of us got combination plates. I got the 2 items: a cheese enchilada with the carne asada taco (it's a bit of an up charge & it was definitely worth it!) the asada was so delicious! Chewy and flavorful. The enchilada sauce was perfect too. My husband's combo plate, was similar but he got 3 items, including a pork tamale. He said it was great. Other things of note: the beans were good & not runny, according to others as I don't eat beans. Rice - so good, my kid ate an entire side of it. Loved the rice. Chili verde - incredible accounting to my MIL Daily lunch specials were repriced very reasonably & there's several options.

Loroco is an edible, unopened flower bud from a Central American vine, and is a staple in Salvadoran cuisine, especially in pupusas. When the dish came it just tasted like spinach! Take a look at the pictures. Burritos was were i was disappointed, the gave a platter instead of Burrito, but they quickly complied to take it back wrapped it up in tortilla. But when we split rice and bean was on one side and vegetables on the other, which diluted the whole experience. We got another burrito to go, which was also folded wrong Wow I learnt how wrong way of folding a Burritos can bring this much difference. Also their Jalapenos were not having the kick. So this trip did not turn out well. So reducing a star. Hope next time they will earn it back. .

We enjoyed it so much that we came back the very next day and met some of the sweetest servers. Fast forward a year later, and we were a little disappointed to see that the carne asada plate and oysters had been removed from the menu. That said, after trying some of their current dishes, we were happy to find that the food was still just as delicious, even if it was a bit different from what we remembered. The only downside for me was the fish tacos. I remember loving them the first time around, but this visit they tasted a bit fishier than I expected and were slightly overcooked. A special shoutout to the young gentleman working this Wednesday afternoon! He was incredibly patient, seemed to be handling just about everything on his own, and maintained such a positive attitude the entire time. As for the food, everything else was very yummy, and the complimentary chips and salsa alone deserve five stars. My hubby really enjoyed his meal, and despite a couple of small disappointments, we're excited to come back and try more of the menu.

There really isn't much in the "Village"- to me it was a large parking area with some stores and services. Nevertheless I was up for the seafood Mex experience. We went about 12:15- the place is on two levels and you can sit outside and get a nice view of the Weather cooperates- it didn't so we were inside which was ok. The menu is traditional Mex with a seafood focus. I had the fish tacos, cod, and high expectations, they were accompanied with homemade refried beans and rice. They were excellent- light and tasty not the heavy glue type fairly common. The complimentary chips were light tasty and also homemade. I really liked them. The fish tacos were a huge disappointment. They came out almost black in color and covered with a deep fried batter that would rival kFC! NO bueno! My daughter had the ceviche-a small one dimensional dish of just white fish. No excitement unfortunately. Last dish was standard tacos--- they were ok Overall a "3". The place was pretty empty. I don't think they get a lot of foot traffic- give it a try but be selective on what you order.

Great Food, Great Service & a Manager Who Actually Says Hello!…read more Loved this place! My bride and I had a fantastic experience from the moment we walked in. This restaurant has an incredible indoor and outdoor space, a great menu, and an atmosphere that somehow manages to be both chill and professional. You'll find a wonderfully diverse crowd here, and everyone seems to fit right in. Now, let's talk about the food! I highly recommend the meatballs--they were fantastic! And the garlic bread? Fabulous. Honestly, I could have made a meal out of the bread alone, but I exercised some restraint...because I'm an adult. My bride ordered the hamburger, and she loved it. The salads were excellent, the bread was outstanding, and the dessert selection was enough to make someone suddenly forget they were "too full for dessert." Our server was incredible--attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. And then, as if the experience couldn't get any better, the manager actually came out and welcomed us! You don't find that everywhere. That personal touch says a lot about how this place approaches hospitality. Everything was clean, the service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the ambiance made us want to hang around longer than we probably should have. One warning: Parking can be a bit of a challenge. But trust me, this is one of those places where you circle the parking lot a few times and say, "Lord, give me a parking space!" Yelp Elite verdict: Absolutely worth the hassle! Great food. Great people. Great atmosphere. Great service. And apparently, great managers who actually come out to meet their guests. The only suggestion would be to update the patio layout a bit. Our table was directly across from the waiting area, so it felt like we had very little privacy while people waited. Other than that, we had a great experience and would definitely come back.
