Chilaquiles verdes 9/10, chilaquiles rojos 10/10, Build your own omelet 7/10, iced horchata latte 12/10 it tasted earthy and cinnamony in the best way, not overly sweet like many other horchata lattes tend to be. Evarista's Comal is incredible! From the moment we walked in, we felt super welcomed. We ended up having the nicest conversation with the staff! It seriously felt like we were just catching up with a family member. This place is not fancy, trendy or hip. However if you want to go to a friendly cozy place with good food this is it! This is a welcoming family-owned and run place where they treat you like you are visiting their home. I enjoyed the hamburger with handmade patties that were juicy and flavorful. The only thing I would change is the bun as it got moist and was a little to soft to hold up to the hefty meat patty. I'm told this restaurant just moved to the Mall (just to the left of the Main entrance) a couple months ago and it's a great addition. We went there with our dog as it's dog friendly (outside seating for that) and they brought out a nice bowl of water for our small dog. I ordered the Salmon Sandwich and it was VERY tasty - especially the bread (I wonder if they make it there as it was so fresh). We also had Rock Fish taco's (tasty and beautiful presentation) and a couple other items. Service was excellent and all the food was well prepared and tasty (my wife especially liked the tangy sauce on the tacos). Top marks for a smaller family run restaurant!
