The portion sizes are perfect, you leave feeling very satisfied as they are not huge plates. We had the olive oil cake for dessert and it was just as it should be! I appreciate the upkeep on water, but I'd like to have a bit of my time uninterrupted, as it seems my table is being turned for the next patron. Lastly, the clown show behind the bar needs to ease up on the hard-pressed Italian stereotype. Chomping your gum isn't a good look either. We get enough ASMR thrusted at us via phone/vid always. Went to Casa Me for my aunt's birthday a couple weeks ago and had a very pleasant experience. I have to admit, it has to be one of the best restaurants I've gone to in a while. Some of my relatives are kind of tough to impress (just being honest lol), so the fact that we all enjoyed our experience is saying a lot! Our waiter's name was JC. He was very attentive, patient, friendly, and even contributed to our conversations a little bit. My grandma didn't like how small the drinking glasses for water were, so he got her a bigger glass to drink out of! He was great! We sat outside at a big table-- it was pretty out there. They had a heater on just in case we got cold. I got the hummus Di cecci for the appetizer and I wasn't sure how it'd be, but it was phenomenal. The hummus was very flavorful, and had hazelnuts, sun dried tomatoes, and pesto on it. It was served with flatbread. I let others have some, of course, but I ate pretty much most of it. It was SO good. My brother got an appetizer with pear slices and ricotta on bread. He really liked it. Wasn't my kind of thing! We also got some grilled bread with olive oil from Sicily that was very good! For an entree, I got the Mafaldine di Limone. I loved it. Had a really nice lemony flavor with cheese in it and some capers. My brother and dad got the Rigatoni Alla Bolognese -- both of them really enjoyed it. I thought it tasted great too! My aunt and grandma both got the Filetto Di Branzino. They thought it was outstanding, even the way it was presented! My sister-in-law got the Melanzane Alla Parmigiana (eggplant parm), which she loved! I totally forgot to take a pic of her dish! None of us had any complaints about our dinner! For dessert, we got 2 orders of the Cannoli Siciliani and an Italian Sundae. Everyone LOVED the sundae, and those that tried the cannolis enjoyed them as well. I love how the cannolis were served with pistachios and had a little bit of a zesty flavor-- wasn't expecting that! Overall, we had a really great experience at Casa Me -- I'm sure we'll be back! Elegant, warm and welcoming atmosphere. We had a reservation for 8 people and were seated right away. Our waiter Kevin, could not have been more attentive and profesional, great personalty, right there when we needed him. Got our drinks in record time. Our appetizers were delicious, I was afraid to spoil my appetite with so many, was not happening!! The Grilled bread with Sicilian Olive Oil is divine!! We started with a delicious Burrata, Hummus, Prosciutto di Parma, Carpaccio di Tunno, and Grilled Artichokes. Broccoli Rapa with Garlic.. I had the seafood pasta but while the home made pasta was cooked el dente and was good , there was absolutely no seafood flavor at all ! My husband had the chicken Milanese. Our first visit on a great cool summer night. We sat outside it was great. Our apps were a margarita pizza, a green salad, and a burrata. Everything was fresh and delicious. Our mains - the Cacio e Pepe was very good. Creamy and peppery. The Polipo was great with fresh flavor and charred perfectly. The olive pesto worked well with it. Came with two young kids in high chairs and Catherine Z was very kind to them. Justin saw my son had scrapped his knee and gave him a bandaid. I visited last week for a date night with my sister, where we bonded over carbs and vino, letting the night unfold in the best way possible. I highly recommend making a reservation, especially on weekends, because it gets super packed and it's pretty much impossible to get seated. Our server, Chris, was fantastic--one of the best! He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, he offered a bunch of recommendations that enhanced our dining experience. His enthusiasm for the food made our visit even more enjoyable! Now, onto the food--wow, wow, wow! Everything was so fresh and flavorful. We kicked things off with the bread served with a delicious butter that had parmesan and green garlic. Honestly, I could bathe in that butter! We then ordered the Cacio e Pepe and the Mafaldine al Limone. The flavors were authentically Italian, perfectly balanced, and not overpowering at all. My husband, a friend, and I visited Casa Me for their Sunday brunch. We loved the vibe of the restaurant as soon as we walked in - super bright and inviting with a Euro flair. Dishes on both the Sunday brunch and Sunday supper menus all sounded great. Meatballs were good, and the Arancini had a spicy pork in them that wasn't bad, just different. My husband had the Purgatorio egg dish, but unfortunately the yolks were hard and overdone, and the sauce had big chunks of red peppers in there that he wasn't expecting. I had the mafaldine al limone, and while it was tasty and I enjoyed the homemade pasta, I was honestly shocked at the portion size. I had maybe 4 forkfuls of pasta, while everyone else's dishes were huge, and this was a dish from the supper menu! My friend's chicken Milanese was good, though we wondered if it was cooked in peanut oil because the breading had a peanut flavor to it. My husband was happy with the drinks, and our Italian sundae for dessert was good. Very generous on the hot fudge that came with it. Some dishes were definitely better than others. I've been there multiple times and was assured they would have my preferred spirit, but excuses and inconsistency lead me to give them one of the worst reviews. Had a great unexpected lunch here today. We were going to eat at our favorite spot, The Spotted Horse, but decided to walk around and see if we could find another place to switch things up. We stumbled upon this amazing restaurant, sitting at a weird angle on the property adjacent to several high end home stores. I had spaghetti with a marinara sauce and Buratta, that was so well prepared and perfectly cooked I'd say it was the best plate of pasta I've had in a decade. It was al dente, and had a deep flavor that the sauce just couldn't cover up. The creaminess of the Buratta and light topping of cheese made this dish a new favorite. My husband had mussels and fries that were to die for. They needed nothing. The fire toasted bread and rosemary sprig, added a slight flavor, accompanied by a delicious olive dipping oil. It was a light lunch, reasonably priced with an upscale modern vibe. I suggest you make reservations or you might not get seated. We stopped in right at noon, and they had a few tables, but they quickly filled up. By the time we left at 12:45 the restaurant was full. We will be back to have cocktails as they are known for their inventive mixology and specialize in Negronis of all types! Let me start by saying my previous one-star review removed yet it's not the list of removed reviews. I posted the review on December 4th, 2025. My rating is based on Several factors. The seating was extremely tight and people had to keep moving sideways to get through our group. I wanted to order Gnocchi as an entree with a sauce that was on a different entree. I was told that the chef doesn't make any changes. As a result, I had to order the steak because there was nothing else, on the menu I wanted. For dessert, I ordered biscotti. It was very bland and not very Italian. I would have told the chef, but I'm sure he's not going to make any changes. Lastly and very disturbing was the fact that in the middle of the bill, couched between a couple of entrees, was a 2 1/2 percent charge for the kitchen. read more

The service is impeccable. If you get John, you get a server and a show. You almost don't want to stop interacting with him. The place has a really great ambiance and isn't too loud. There was a bridal party there the night I went but it was still cool. The food was sooooooooo good. I heard they use the best ingredients, and the chef is from Barcelona. I was excited to eat here and really enjoyed the food. A few things to critique that I think can definitely be changed. The tables are very crammed and tight. I think they would benefit from rearranging and perhaps moving one small table to the center. I felt like I was eating at a communal table. With that in mind, I wouldn't recommend for a romantic dinner for two. To me it was a more casual place, great for a lunch spot during shopping. We were approached by our waiter who was very attentive and had great customer service. He really cared about our experience and if we were happy with our food. I am still craving the verde salad, Delicious!It was a plain salad but so tasty and crisp. I also ordered the Mussel special, it was good. The Fett Unta which came highly recommended was good but I think would be even better warm and pears caramelized. If you like lemon the pasta dish was amazing. So so good and enjoyed. My friend and I decided to take a day trip to Westport and try Casa Me. We were extremely impressed by the food, and customer service. We started off with some grilled bread and olive oil which was perfectly toasted. I got the Casarecce Con Pesto. It was a homemade pasta with rich pesto sauce with lots of crunchy pine nuts. My friend got the Tagliata Di Manzo which was cooked perfectly at medium rare. The fries were fresh and crispy. We shared the Italian Sundae for dessert which was incredible (I highly recommend if you have room for dessert). Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu.
