Scheduling was fairly simple, and the service went well as scheduled. However, due to the invasive nature of the tree, it started to sprout back. Upon notifying Arbor Care, they were quick to send someone to come back and address the tree again at no additional charge. There have been no issues since. I appreciate their helpfulness when a re-service was required. I have already referred them to others through word of mouth, but wanted to do so on this platform as well because they deserve the praise for a job well done. Thank you!

Then, this week a neighbors Sisso started creeping into my yard. Called to have them come out and kill off the root that was in my yard. When speaking to Brittni on the phone she was so thorough in getting all the info and was knowledgeable about what the process would be. She made sure it worked with my schedule, and left copious notes for the person who would come out. Then I spoke with Howard about the sprouts, and he guided me through the process of solving the issue on my own without them. He knew this was an easily solved problem and essentially gave up a job because it was the honest thing to do. Incredible! Honest, knowledgeable, hardworking. One of the best companies I have ever brought in to work on my home.

After agreeing to the work and cost, Howard's team team came on the agreed upon day, reviewed the work to be done, and started to work. It started to rain and Howard's team continued to work earnestly until the rain became too much. They came back the next day to finish the job. He told me there was some fungus growing on it. He said, "Even if you don't go with me, make sure to tell them to clean their tools afterwards because it can spread." In my case, once he received the photos of my trees and we agreed on a price, they came out same day and did a bang up job. Cleanup and everything went perfectly. It was like the tree fairies hit them with a wand because I couldn't tell they'd been there afterward. The price was very competitive. They charged me exactly what a different company charged back in spring of 24 and while I was happy with that company's work at the time, I will say that on comparison my trees look better this time around.

Now my own tree needs additional work, so I contacted him again about the tree he previously serviced. He read the message and, again, no response. He even ignored my neighbor's requests for service. Just no response. I understand being busy or not wanting a job. A simple "Sorry, I'm not available" takes a few seconds. Repeatedly reading messages from previous customers and simply ignoring them is unprofessional. His original work was good, but that doesn't matter much if you can't get him to respond when you need tree service. I won't be contacting Three Tree Services again.
