He made time within that week to come out and see the yard and talk about what I thought I wanted (he had *much* better design suggestions!), and scheduled the work to begin within a few days. We went together to buy the exact plants I wanted (again, with his expert and artistic input), then pick out the gravel, and he and his team arrived as promised first thing in the morning on the day he had promised to begin the work. He connected the front yard irrigation system to the back yard, made sure the plants would be located exactly where I wanted, and then the magic began. 8 hours later, I had a beautiful backyard and could not be happier!
