This is my spot! The staff is very friendly and professional and on hand to answer and questions. I usually come here to stock up since it's a little bit of a travel. Once I stock up and quality cigars I always sit down in the lounge area and smoke one with a cup of coffee. The service in the lounge is great. The place is clean and the music is great. They have five flat screen televisions and plenty of seating. There is also another room. The restrooms are clean and there is plenty of parking. If you have not checked out this place yet, you really should.

The biggest Humidor I've ever stepped into. You can enjoy a cigar with anything you would like to drink. They have an excellent selection of wines, whiskeys and bourbon. They also serve nice looking tapas to eat. The service is efficient and friendly. Come ready to spend, because although you can buy single cigars you will want to buy plenty more. They also had selections like the West Tampa Cigars, you will find hard hard to buy anywhere else. The lounge has plenty of seating, so don't come in a rush, you will want to relax and enjoy at least one cigar. Highly recommend the trip.

I went this past weekend for the first time and really loved the place. My buddy and I ate before indulging in cigars. The Cuban sandwich was good. As were our godfather cocktails. They gave us a free cigar along with the meal. A nice touch. The large humidor room was impressive with more cigar choices than one can imagine. Our waitress Asia was great. She even helped locate an area in the main lounge for us to smoke our cigars.

Decided to take my boyfriend there to celebrate his birthday , the place came highly recommended by a friend .. this was our experience : Jessica ( the hostess ) was just so pleasant and very patient while we walked around to shop for cigars and get familiar with the place. In the humidor all the associates were extremely helpful and even for someone like me who doesn't smoke , this was quite impressive to see . Even tho we had reserve for the restaurant we decided to seat at the bar where we were greeted by Raquel , she was just so awesome answering our menu questions etc . She even helped me surprise him with a raspberry cheesecake including the sparkling candles I brought in . ( very accommodating) The food was great , we had BBQ chicken wings , lemon grass chicken dumpling ( that was amazing ) and the carnitas tacos . They also gave us complementary cigars at the bar and the Manager Mike came by to ask if we were doing ok . The only issue I have is that the bathroom is a single bathroom for such a huge place .. Definitely a great experience , they also have a great variety of bourbons and wines .

Best pastrami sandwich I've ever had.

Great food. Full bar. Very comfortable lounge area with many TVs. A fun place to relax with a cigar. The best parts are the amazing cigar selection and the outstanding food. Felix, in the cigar shop is a friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful man. A local legend. Mike runs the food and beverage and has the best quality. Highly recommend.

Amazing! The walk in is huge! The staff very friendly and helpful. The wait staff is attentive and prompt. Great atmosphere. The food is excellent as well.

This is what I got served! Its gunky!

I have been coming here for a long time. This place should be a cash machine. Every time I think it might get better, nope. The food is bad, the beer is not much better, and the service is terrible. Today, I sat and waited 45 minutes until a server asked me if I needed anything. There was another server who just walked around picking up checks telling people who asked that someone else would help them. Last week I was served this beer, really! The waitress looked at it and still gave it to me! WTF! I really hope the staff reads this.

Lounge area with excellent service for drinks or menu!

We get booked all the time on behalf of Mike (who's awesome btw). The staff is courteous and absolutely amazing! The space is two floors a large dance floor and multiple rooms to set up your party, 2 bathrooms, and a VIP riser. This past weekend we did a surprise birthday, complete with open photobooth. Two weeks prior we had done a huge Halloween party (150+) people---the venue set up space for a fortune teller, face painter, large buffet, glow-in-the dark t-shirt section all at request of the client. So if you're looking for a great venue to throw your next party, bridal brunch, anniversary, or just a night out with a few hundred of your closest friends please go check this place out! Thanks Mike your the best!

The rooms were so cold that my guests had to wear their jackets the entire time. Their solution was to use several small space heaters throughout which didn't do anything to warm up the rooms and only managed to continuously trip the circuits and shut out the lights. Also, do not use their in house catering. I wish I knew the name of the caterer they used because they would deserve a review of their own. The penne vodka was so spiciy you could not eat it. Normally the pasta would be one of the first things to go so you know it was really bad - it was barely touched. How do you screw up the pasta? Thankfully I had ordered a couple of extra trays of food because there would not have been enough food otherwise. Not sure how they calculate their food portions or maybe Mike just needs to review my food order with the caterer to see what was ordered vs what was delivered. Because definitely something is off. No complaints about the staff. They just couldn't overcompensate for the bad experience.

From the moment we arrived, the entrance was a standout disguised as a regular laundromat with a bouncer outside. The door itself was cleverly hidden, blending in as a regular washing machine, and if you weren't in the know, you'd probably miss it entirely. Once inside, we descended into a spacious area with two bar stations and a stage set up for live music, which gave the place an exciting, eclectic vibe. Since it was our first time, we asked for the cocktail menu and were fortunate to have Dan as our bartender, easily one of the best bartenders I've ever encountered. His drink-making skills were on another level, and we immediately struck up a great conversation. Dan started us off with some unique choices from the menu. I tried the Smoked Apple Fashion, which was incredibly smooth with a crisp apple flavor and a subtle smoky finish. It was so easy to drink almost too easy! My girlfriend ordered the Gangnam Style, which was visually stunning with boba pearls, though not very strong if you're after a more potent drink. Next, I had the Cider House Mule, and it was hands-down the best mule I've ever tasted. They swapped out the typical vodka for spiced rum, and it was a game changer bursting with flavor and perfectly spiced. This is when things started to get really fun. Dan, seeing that we were enjoying ourselves, began crafting custom drinks for us, starting with Dan's Malibu Special for my girlfriend. She loves Malibu, and this drink was fruity, smooth, and delicious. It was so good, I had to order one for myself. Dan recommended adding a shot of tequila to give it a bit more kick, and he wasn't wrong this was next-level good. Honestly, Dan's Malibu Special needs to be a permanent item on their menu. It's that good and would definitely be a hit. Dan then served up a Peanut Noir Old Fashioned. I know I know, peanut in a cocktail sounds odd, but it was incredible! I was blown away by how well the peanut flavor worked in an Old Fashioned. It was one of those drinks that make you question why you haven't had something like it before. Dan mentioned that unlike many places that use store bought ingredients, they make a lot of their mixers and components from scratch. For instance, their ginger root is muddled fresh for mules rather than relying on ginger beer, which really makes a difference in flavor and freshness. Following that, I tried a Chocolate Old Fashioned, which, while still very smooth, was probably the weakest of the Old Fashioneds I had that night, but it still went down easy. By this point, I was starting to feel the effects of all these fantastic cocktails, especially since I hadn't eaten all day! I ended my night with a Summer Old Fashioned, garnished with either rosemary or thyme (I can never tell the difference). It had that signature smoothness Dan brought to all his Old Fashioneds and was a perfect end to the night. The ambiance of The Laundromat was fantastic. It had a lively yet relaxed feel, with a mixed crowd of both older and younger patrons. Sports were playing on the TVs, and you could tell the energy would pick up even more when the live music kicked off around 7:30. Unfortunately, we had to leave before that to grab some food (after all that drinking, I needed something in my stomach!). Thankfully, I had the foresight to take a Lyft to The Laundromat, easily the best decision of the night. Overall, The Laundromat is an absolute gem. The drinks were some of the best I've ever had, the conversation with Dan was great, and the atmosphere was perfect for a fun, laid-back night out. I'll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable cocktail experience.
