We used to come here a long time ago, and it was good but following the same steps as other Italian restaurants that I won't mention on this post more money less food and at best less than mediocre. There is no ambience here and last time we went we couldn't even get anyone to wait on us and they were not apologetic about it either so I think I'll wait another two years before we try it again see if they can work out any kinks that they are having right now read more

Went for the 1st time this week, due to friends recommending. It seems they have a lot of unique dishes. Loved the Chicken & Shrimp dish I had. Wow the Mommas shells!!!! One word for the food at Casa D'Angelo's... "DELICIOSO!!" When my husband and I visit Ohio we always have to dine at Casa D'Angelo's. We usually dine with family and on the night before we head home. We love the dining atmosphere. The service is great, and the food is phenomenal. We can't say enough about this place. We've had many visits and we've always had a great experience!! I had the fettuccine with mushroom and clams, you can either order it with a light butter sauce or the lightly spicy marinara sauce... I prefer the light butter sauce. My husband had the gnocchi with marinara sauce, very tasty, Everything on the menu is good and authentic!! A fairly decent Italian place in Macedonia, this was a good choice for dining with family. The meals are filling and authentic. The veal is tender, pounded correctly and served in a variety of sauces. I has the saltimbocca which was fairly sage forward and would have benefited from a less heavy hand. Mom had piccata and enjoyed it as well. Skip the garlic cheese bread, not worth the price and not well executed. The potato gnocchi was satisfying as well. Stopped on a recent Saturday night around 6:30. Did not have a reservation but only had to wait about 15 minutes. Restaurant is located in a fairly generic strip center right off 271. I had the veal parm, wife had the veal piccata. Dinner came with some decent bread. Portion sizes were more than generous, priced very reasonably. I had a pre-dinner Manhattan that was ok, nothing special. Food was very solid. Good, not great. Since we had never been there before we didn't know what to expect. Place was more than active....seemed like a lot of regulars. Bar area also seemed very busy. Waiting area is small, so between people picking up food to take out and those waiting for a table, there was plenty of jockeying around. They also seemed to be well-staffed. No service issues of any kind. Maybe even a bit to quick. Overall ambiance was ok. Maybe a bit tired. Walls were lined with old, what appeared to be family wedding photos. I found that kind of interesting. A solid experience, maybe if it were closer I would be inclined to visit more. read more

The staff was friendly. I had chicken with spinach artichoke and the penni pasta, my husband had shrimp and crab alfredo, and my grandson lasagna. We all thought it was great. Lots of nice Covid precautions here made me feel good about eating here. I ordered a lobster ravioli special which came with a soup or salad. The house salad was very good and fresh. The main dish was unfortunately so full of raw garlic that I couldn't eat it. They removed it from my bill and I went with the tried and true chicken parmigiana which was very good. I got the creamy noodles as a side and that was very good too. The service was fantastic throughout the meal and I will be back again. read more

Living down the street from Casa D'angelo I finally decided to try it. It was so freaking good. Thick but not too thicc. Perfect amount of cheese to sauce ratio. The sauce is also not too sweet (im not a sweet sauce lover). It was exactly what i needed & hit the spot. I did screw up & order salad as my only side because I was a bozo & thought it was in addition to a side of pasta but that was on me because I didnt read directions. Delightful and delicious! Stopped in for an impromptu lunch with my 81-year-old half Italian mother. This place was a hit! We had the linguine with clam sauce, and capellini with shrimp, spinach and tomatoes in a light wine sauce. Both outstanding the portions were so large. We ended up taking 60% of it home. I hate this place, I brought my family for my mother's dinner & they gave us a limited menu! This has never happened before at any restaurant I've went to . I was very unhappy & to add the cherry on top they gave me FLAT GINGER ALE it tasted like piss & beer mixed. I will NOT be coming back here and I don't recommend you to either. read more

This place is literally around the corner from where I live. I 'discovered' it a few years ago, and I wish it would've sooner. This is an excellent place to dine if you're looking for genuine Italian cuisine. I've yet to experience a bad meal out of my many visits. The staff is friendly and accommodating. This unassuming restaurant is hidden in a small strip of business, and one could easily drive right past it without noticing it was there. Nothing fancy on the inside, but it's clean and well lit. They have a small bar inside stocked with most liquors and a good inventory of various wines and champagnes. I highly recommend this place for an excellent, enjoyable meal for two, or a party of 15. Got food after a dental appointment to celebrate being able to eat again. They have a quatro thing where you pick 4 items off a huge menu for like 14 bucks or something? This is such a great idea, I loved it. Got to pick out some great stuff and the food was UH-MAY-ZING (yes I know thats not how you spell amazing just go with it okay). This place is awesome. I have been to this restaurant 5 or more times in the past few months , every single time I have not been disappointed!!! The settling is very quaint with generations of family weddings and baby pictures . The food is made with pride and lots of flavor && the staff is always right there to get anything you need. We have always driven passed this place to notice it's usually busy. My fiance's nephew went to this restaurant and told us that it was pretty good. We decided to try this place tonight. My fiance had the Lasagna I had the spaghetti with meat sauce and meatballs. The waitress after serving our table asked us how our food was I lied to her and told her it was good. Its not. Its a tomato base spaghetti. You will not see tomato chunks or minced garlic or even oregano. Looked like it came from a can. Service rate 10 food rate a 1. Oh and lots of old people. read more

I love this place. It doesn't look like much from the outside... but wow do they have good food! It's located in a tiny shopping strip and you can definitely miss it if you're not looking. The Macedonia area is lacking when it comes to food options, so this place is quite the treat. I always order the eggplant parmesan and get a "side"' of shells with their verdure sauce. The side is basically just another full pasta dish so I end up taking a lot of food home with me. No complaints here. The verdure sauce is incredible. Prepare to have a bit of a wait if you go around dinner time on the weekend, as it does get pretty crowded. They have a bar area where you can enjoy a drink while waiting for your table. read more

We have always loved Casa d'angelo. We use to go to the restaurant in North Royalton. Was our favorite Italian. Haven't been out to Macedonia in forever. So we couldn't wait to have our favorite salad and pasta from casa d'angelo again. Angela was our server. She was totally amazing as she juggled her tables. Our appetizer was delicious the brushetta was so good!I had Chicken Parmigiana and my husband had Veal Parmigiano. Both dinners were excellent. Angela was attentive and so helpful. I am beyond confused by the glowing reviews this restaurant has. The only reason I gave this review 2 stars instead of 1 is bc our server was very nice. But the food was so disappointing. We were seated in the "bar" area, which had the ambience of a spare room. I ordered veal picatta. What was served to me was a piece of unappealing grey meat sitting in a puddle of water that hinted slightly of butter flavor. It was, without question, the worst, most flavorless picatta dish I've ever had. Fortunately I ordered garlicky broccoli as my side. This actually had good flavor, so I dumped it over the meat to make it edible. My husband ordered a pasta with sausage, peppers and onions. Also disappointing. Bland and generic. This had an olive oil flavored "sauce". I don't know if this restaurant stands on its red sauce dishes, as I did see a chicken parm dish pass by that looked amazing. Something has to be good to be getting all these great reviews. But our experience was abysmal. I reached out on their website before reviewing here, and got no response. read more
