I love their pizza so much I order at least 3 times a week, my bills suffer the consequences but it's totally worth it. In all seriousness it's stupid good, every aspect of this pizza is divine. I swear I don't get paid to do this, it's my honest opinion. 2 large 1 topping for only 18.99 price point isn't bad either. I'll preface this review, by saying I think the food is pretty good, one of the better in town. The customer service is not nearly as good though. I used to order from Casa quite a bit while at WVU. It was easy to just walk down High St in between classes and grab a slice or a roll there. Even after graduating from WVU I continued my patronage of the establishment, since it was one of the few places that delivered to my part of town. This past summer (2012) I was down there with my roommate and fiance. We witnessed one of the workers, pick up a slice of pizza (barehanded mind you), inspect it, then put it back down...for some poor soul to eat later. We thought it was gross, but as we had ordered a full pizza, we just hoped it hadn't happened to ours and continued on our way. Cue to about 2 months ago, near the beginning of February 2013. I had ordered a large pizza, and a roll. Delivery, as stated in other reviews, took FOREVER. By the time my driver got there, I was starving. I paid the man, still giving him a decent tip, and went inside to scarf down my food. I eat the roll first, tasted great. As eating it, my roommate was in the kitchen where the pizza was and said "hey man, I'm surprised you got onions on your pizza, didn't think you liked them." I was taken aback a bit, as i had most certainly not ordered onions on my pizza. I rushed in to check it out, and sure enough...they'd made a mistake. Now I know mistakes happen, and I am partly to blame for this occurrence. I won't say I am innocent, because I wasn't. I call back to inform them of their mistake. I was told they'd bring me another pizza. After telling them I wasn't so sure I'd like that because I wasn't sure if anything would be done with my food (from earlier in the summer, as well as them being shut down for health violations during the fall of 2011), i also informed the guy on the phone that I'd just like a refund. It would not be fair to me, or the driver, to run me out another pizza...in that I would not be able to give him a tip for his time. The manager comes on the phone. I inform him of the situation, why I didn't just want a new pizza, and just wanted a new phone. I was told that nothing would be done to the food, why would he rick such business and such good reviews on some website he spouted off on. Very condescending tone, definitely didn't care if I was a happy or upset customer. He informed me that since I didn't want another pizza, and wanted a refund, that I would have to come down to the store since I had used a debit card, he couldn't do it on the phone. Fine. I took not one bite of the pizza, hopped in my car, and drove downtown. Brought the pizza in, told them I wanted my refund. The guy takes my card, runs it through the machine, and gives me the receipt. As frustrated as I was, I thanked the guy, took the receipt, and drove back home. I noticed that the receipt was for my full amount of my meal. I thought that was nice, even though I would have gladly paid for the roll, because it was right.... Then I noticed that the receipt just said "void" at the top. He had voided my card. I kept close eyes on my bank account, just to see if the amount would be added back into it. As of today it still has not. $25 won't make me step foot back into that place just to get the money back, nor will I EVER be giving them a single cent of my business again. With the manger's (or owner's?) concern on my issue, I am sure he doesn't care. That's fine though, I just hope future customers see this...and possibly him, so he can't give his "positive reviews" as an excuse, while basically calling me an idiot when voicing my concerns. read more

Good food. good price. Delivery can take a bit if you order during peak times but as I do not I'm usually eating in 30 minutes.

Waited an hour and a half for my order, then got the wrong order. They then asked for the wrong order back so they could give it to the right customer after it had already been in our possession for about an hour. The women on the phone was very rude and put me on hold several times then did not answer when I called back twice. When I finally got into contact with her I was told they would have to remake the order which would not get to me for another hour and never apologized or offered anything for the trouble. read more

We started getting pizza from them when we lived close by as newlyweds and we still love good ol' casa. My preteen daughter loves the garlic knots and I admit, I could put away a whole basket myself given the opportunity. The people at the counter are friendly and the pizza is really, really good. There's nearly always a line, even in the summer when WVU is not "in session" , but it's worth it. Near a PRT station? Take it to Walnut Street and walk up High St. to Casa. Absolute staple in your downtown eating experience. The pizza is pretty good. The Sicilian is even better. The pepperoni rolls are amazing. Want fries? They'll cover them with mozzarella for you if you ask. I've never ordered a whole pizza there, just stopped in for a couple slices. I always get an extra sauce to dip the pizza in, too. Wow, worst steak and cheese pizza ever. Well, the delivery guy was nice, took about 75 min to get here, but he was nice. So I can only review the Steak and Cheese Pizza, the Garlic Knots, and Jalapeno Poppers from a delivery standpoint but wow, probably the worst pizza I have ever eaten, I mean ever. Including a frozen cook yourself generic brand from the supermarket, Little Caesars $5 pizza is substantially better. The cheese was super process triangles (like Kraft) just placed on top and the crust tasted 3 days old and was not even warm. Garlic Knots were ok, and Jalapeno Poppers were the best thing in the order but they taste like any other poppers from a fast food joint. I am not a big complainer but if you do choose to eat here don't the Steak and Cheese! I will never be back unfortunately. read more

This place used to be amazing. Today....not so much. New ownership and greed have destroyed what was possibly the best pizza in Morgantown. This pizza joint has been around for a long time and people traveled to get their pizza. Obviously the new owners thought they could just rely on the name to get business and start cutting corners and create their own recipe..(why do people do that?). I ordered this pizza the othernight while staying in Morgantown for the first time in a couple of years. I ate one slice and threw the rest in the trash! They have decided to go with a cheaper, almost gummy cheese. The crisp crust is gone, and I was amazed that when I bit into it I noticed it tasted like cheese on a bad crust. No sauce! I lifted the cheese and honestly it looked like they used 1 tablespoon of sauce for an entire 16 inch pizza. I called the store and a giggly young lady answered. I asked her if I had ordered the No Sauce pizza? She said "let me check". She came back on the phone laughing and said, "Nope, we don't have any No Sauce pizza's" and continued to laugh. I told her what I had experienced and her reply was, "Sorry about your luck" and hung up on me. Do not waste your money. Ordered around 9 on a friday night, they said it'd be an hour and only took 40 minutes. Granted, this is a friday night where half of the college town is home for our "fall break." Today was my first time ordering from Casa D'Amici. The attendant on the phone was polite and seemed enthusiastic about their homemade ranch (hand made daily) so I wanted to try it. When my food arrived (wings, steak hoagie, jalapeno poppers, 2 liter Pepsi and a cheesesteak pizza) there were no napkins (wings get messy), no ranch and NO PIZZA!! My steak hoagie had American cheese on it. I had asked for mozzarella. The wings are PHENOMENAL. They have a mild Thai sauce but I had asked for extra spicy and the wings are PERFECT, LARGE, cayenne spicy and LOTS of sauce! (I called back to ask for the food I did not get and am waiting to finish my review). OK, I guess I was not charged for the pizza, but they brought me the pizza and a new steak hoagie with napkins and the homemade ranch. Good stuff, however; the homemade blue cheese is even better. Casa's uses good mushrooms (not canned) and I definitely will order from them again. read more

Their pizza is one of the best in Morgantown, although a bit pricey, their garlic knots are usually great (sometimes they can be a bit hard though). I love their subs, but I miss their soups, they used to make some great soups. read more

I've ordered the grilled turkey sandwich a few times now, the turkey is too dry, and the order is always wrong. They've never gotten it correct even when I've sent it back. This last time we received our order the wings bag was broken and leaking. The delivery service and order preparation is completely unacceptable. read more

They have amazing wings very good size! Very filling and not too pricey. The blue cheese could use a little work though. Not very thick. They also have buffalo chicken tenders and fries which is my favorite. You get so much food for less than $15 after the delivery charge. Haven't had a chance to try the pizza yet. I'm wholly unimpressed by this place. Initially, I found their inconsistent pricing and menu offerings, from multiple sources, to be off putting. The issue that cemented me to not even place an order with them is the idea that they would still charge a delivery fee and still impose their order minimum on a credit card order that would have been part of a larger, $50 order, that was headed to a business. Their lack of professionalism and business acumen is truly misplaced when you consider that they are just a run of the mill pizza place. It was truly disappointing. read more
