Thanks for the moldy food, Casa D'Amici. I really don't appreciate being called a liar. Nor do I appreciate that there's a restaurant out there who's response to my comment that you can kill people serving rancid food is "You're exaggerating." "Oh its not our fault it's the company we buy from. They gave it to us." Yet you sold it. The guy (Ali?) refused to return my money because it "wasn't their fault" and (I just wanted the cost of the dessert back) said the manager wasnt available. The delivery driver was kind enough to show a picture to the rude guy on the phone and get me a refund on the item. (They were going to give me a credit for my next order but I said I don't want to order from a place with such lax standards with food safety again) I wouldn't have cared too much. But the guy was just nasty and it scares me he didn't care at all. read more

Casa D'amici - Moldy, rancid tiramisu. Yum - Pizza Near Me - Morgantown, West Virginia

Pizza's good, the service is a little lacking sometimes.

This is the best pizza place in downtown morgantown. They have pizza by the slice, calzones, bread knots (not sticks) and a wide variety of pastas. The hours are awesome, open from 11am to 3/4am most days of the week. They do a very good business after the bars close. However, if you dont like to deal with the drunk college students, don't go their after midnight. For lunch they have daily specials which includes a slice of pizza or sub/calzone and pop depending on the day. Most of the specials were in the $4-5 range which makes it very reasonable. If you only want a few pieces of pizza its a great deal to buy it by the slice, if you are looking to eat a whole pizza the prices are good also. I honestly can't remember a bad experience with service and product at Casa and I went there probably a 100 times when I lived in morgantown. It is definitely a great small town pizza joint. read more

Worst sauce I have ever eaten. I had the baked ziti, I couldn't even eat it. It tasted like the sauce had spoiled. Wasted time and money. I will never eat at Casa D'amici again. read more

I love Casa! The workers are all very friendly and slices are a good price. I ordered delivery from them for the first time last night (I used the Eat Street App) and they did take around an hour so plan for that if you're ordering from them, also the pizza is a lot smaller per slice than their slices at the restaurant but it still tasted wonderful! I definitely recommend! read more

Casa D'amici - Large pepperoni pizza - Pizza Near Me - Morgantown, West Virginia

IF I CAN CONVINCE EVEN ONE PERSON NOT TO EAT HERE, WRITING THIS WILL HAVE BEEN WORTH IT TO ME. So much worse than it has any right to be. Ordered an Exrtra Large pie (16 inches, HA!) on the eve of a holiday when all of the civilized, proper pizza places were closed, so I decided to give this place another shot after not having tried it for a few years. Really impressed by what a bad experiece I had. First of all, forget the prices on their website. My pie was listed for $12.99 on the site, was acutally $18.99. I was told that was "online price" in broken english by an Eastern European woman who looked like she got that story all the time. And it was so small. So salty. The toppings so cheap tasting. What little sauce there was, eclipsed completely by the staggering amount of salt packed in each bite. Anyone who likes this place has zero taste and should lose their life in a way that would stain their legacy. read more

This place has some good pizza and garlic knots. Open very late. The only downside is you come out of there smelling like a goat's utter! Phew! I guess that doesn't matter though if you've been out all night. Bring a spare change of clothes if you plan on going here during the day. The staff is nice, but bathroom is not available to the public. I can see why though. read more

The staff is always very friendly and the food is hot and yummy. Restaurant is comfortable enough for a quick bite. Not bad pizza. Very much a college dive. read more

Casa has pretty good wings and calzones. I haven't had their pizza but it seems like it is at least decent, but I actually like Little Caesars pizza better than most places around Morgantown so a lot of people may disagree. I got some wings today that didn't seem right and my wife thought they smelled off and didn't seem good either. However, when I called about them they took great care of me and got me 12 how fresh wings to replace them so I'm very happy with the service. read more

I ordered a pizza the other night and not only did it take an hour and a half when they said it was gonna be 45 mins, they completely got the pizza wrong! When I asked for a replacement because I paid cash they said that wasn't an option and then we argued for a while and basically this place is a shit hole! read more

This place is disgusting and rude. Came in to order takeout and a kitchen employee came up our table saying you have seven minutes to get out of here were closing. We said were waiting for our food and she said well when you get it get out. Then proceeded to make eyes at me from the kitchen asking if I was looking for her. Where is the hospitality in this place?? Love dana though But one star for this lady. read more

Good local pizza where the locals get their Sunday night pizza to take home. My wife & I were the only dine inners on a Sunday night as we watched a parade of take- out folk come & go! I had a good pizza roll which was good while my wife had a slice of "average" pizza! read more

It's. Really good and the price is fair. The sauce isn't very sweet but I like being able to tell the sauce was made from tomatoes.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. MANAGER IS RUDE AND TELLS THE CUSTOMER THEY ARE WRONG. I ordered food from them through Orderup and they messed up the order. I called and spoke to someone who said they would fix it and call me back. It was an hour later and nobody called back. So I called the restaurant and someone I never spoke to insisted on telling me that he took my order and that he didn't mess up the order. I never spoke to this man and he kept telling me that I was wrong and that he was too busy to remake the food. He was very rude and definitely should not work in the customer service industry at all. He claimed he was the manager. I would not have been as upset but I really couldn't eat the food they sent me topped with cheese. I am lactose intolerant and specifically asked for no cheese! read more

Horrible customer service, cashier completely tried to over charge me. When she realized she made a mistake there was absolutely no sorry or remorse. She continued to roll her eyes at me. This restaurant needs more kind employees and better customer service. read more

Driving through West Virginia we stayed overnight in Morgantown. Ordered pizza and wings from here delivered to our hotel- it was awesome. Pizza sauce is a little sweet and doesn't taste like every other pizza place- which is good. The wings were really good and reminiscent of what i was used to growing up in Buffalo. I really enjoyed this place, highly recommend. read more

DO Not GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR FOOD DOWN I thought it wasn't going to be that bad, like how can u mess up a meatball sandwich? Not only it took 20 min for half a sandwich, when i opened it up the sauce looked burnt, tasted dry and overcooked. My roommates convinced me to take a bite and ive felt sick ever since. If you are looking for a quality restaurant with good service and good food, try down the corner, or maybe a truckstop. Either will probably be better than you will receive here read more

God. I'm from Europe and let me tell you: this is the best pizza I've had since I've been in the States. Hand-tossed crust with just enough pizza sauce (I hate pizzas that swim in that stuff) and a sprinkle of melancholy. My husband hated it though; my luck. read more

My 5 star review may be slightly bias, but only because on a Sunday this was the only place on Morgantown I could buy a fresh pepperoni roll. It was seriously one of the best I've ever had. They warmed it up for me in the oven and was large enough for my boyfriend & myself to snack on. The restaurant seemed nice. Plenty of seating. Fast ordering with pizzas on display for by the slice or you could order whole pies. read more

The takeout pizza pie was super bready without much sauce or toppings. The individual slices are good though, with a thinner crust and more sauce and toppings. Not sure why they're so drastically different, but they are. read more

Best pizza place is Morgantown. The prices are pretty good and I've loved every pizza I've received from here!

I would do five stars for the super quick delivery, however, their pizza seriously tastes like Chef Boyardee Spaghetti o's. Exactly as if they drained the noodles and used the leftover tomato sauce on the pizza. I must say our kids loved the pizza though and that's who we got it for. The crust was really good but I will not be ordering this for myself again because the sauce was just super weird. read more

Great college town pizza... Was even delicious cold the next morning. Ordered the Extra Large 2 topping (pepperoni pineapple) carry out special for 12.95. My kids loved watching them make the pizza through the front window. Staff was very friendly and helpful. read more

Stopped here for a quick lunch and the place was empty. I'm not a huge fan of pizza places that just reheat pizza baked earlier, so I opted for a buffalo chicken roll. It came with ranch and a drink for $5.50, but they had a couple lunch combos for all about the same price. The buffalo chicken roll was flavorful and very filling. Service was friendly. read more

Casa has good food but the catch is this.....the restaurant is filthy dirty and disgusting....it's like they never sweep the floor or wipe down the booths....used to get delivery from them often but one day i happened to be downtown so i stopped in to pick up my food and was shocked....i haven't been back since. read more

I called in during normal business hours (8:30 pm) and listened to a recorded message stating that someone would be right with me. I stayed on the line listening to the same message over and over for several minutes. I waited a while to call back and had the same experience. I placed the order online. It accepted my credit card information. The pizza never came. I emailed around 9:00 am the next day explaining what had happened and didn't get a response. i called them at 3:30 pm and explained what happened again- the girl on the phone knew exactly what I was talking about and apparently was not planning on responding to the problem. She put me on the phone w her manager (I'm assuming the same thick-accented woman a previous poster complained about). The manager told me they closed at 8:00 last night because they were slow. She offered no apology. She offered to void the credit card transaction and deliver the pizza now. Communication was strained between us but I understood she was giving us the pizza for free to make up for the horrible customer service. But no, I was asked for my credit card number again. I grew up in this town and have always loved this place. Now, unfortunately, the customer service is so atrocious that I will be going elsewhere. read more

The pizza is reasonable good but the staff is terrible. They seem to hire the rudest most unfriendly students at WVU. I feel like I'm treated like I was at the soup nazi. I had a coupon one day and when I tried to use it they threw a fit and made me feel like I was some cheap scam artist. I told them if they didn't want people using coupons then they shouldn't print them. Good pizza can only get you so far. read more

1 hour, 40 minutes and counting, waiting on my delivery. Don't order from this place if you want food quickly...

Honestly the best pizza in town. Open late. Please note that means drunk students after 11pm or so. Slow delivery, but everything is hand made. Price is right, drinks are costly. Other menu items are excellent. Order pizza and a dozen wings under $25 and be really satisfied. read more

I really like Casa but I find it weird that you can get the same thing every time you go and the price will always be different... the receipts they give you don't say what you ordered or the pricing so it's not like you can double check. Pricing also varies from what is listed on their website. Food is good... the place does have bugs. Went a couple times to bugs crawling on the table. I just wish it was cleaner and more consistent... read more

This place is horrible. It used to be ok but now I really don't know how they are staying in business. Save your money.

This place is good to come to when the bars close, but for delivery it can be sketchy with between 30 minutes to over 2 hours of delivery time. read more

Best pizza downtown!!always quick and easy when I stop in for a slice. Wouldn't have it any other way

Walked off campus to grab a nice lunch with my dad walked passed this place and it smelled good so we went in. Not only is the smell good so it's the food. And at a reasonable price considering how huge the slices were! read more

The last time I ordered, pizza was cold and it looked like it flipped over in the vehicle on the way to be delivered. Very shady business as the delivery drivers never carry change so if you are paying cash and don't have change for a crappy pie for sixteen dollars, expect to pay 20.00. Will never eat here again. You are way better off driving to PIZZA AL'S. read more

Worst service I have ever gotten. Got delivered the wrong pizza and they wouldn't take it back, bring me a new one, or even a refund. Let alone the manager wouldn't talk to me. I am highly allergic to onions they gave me a pizza with onions and told me to eat it. NEVER GO HERE VERY INCONSIDERATE AND RUDE!!!! read more

Epic fail when it comes to on line ordering. Called after over an hour of waiting after placing the order (confirmed order, not the first time we've done so) only to have the guy on the phone ask for our address three times, shout loudly asking if anyone knew of the order, then "uh, I guess it didn't come through." Nice. Needless to say, Dominoes got our business tonight. read more

Yes, the interior is that of a typical college town dive pizzeria. However, I love the pizza. I love that you can actually see the cooks tossing the pizza dough in the window, the crust is thin and yummy, with high quality cheese and ingredients (they advertise using Boars Head meats). I reccomend getting the pizza by the slice instead of ordering a whole pizza. The baked rolls are good and the made to order calzones are great. However, I will say that I gave been largely unimpressed with their pasta dishes. But still MY FAVORITE PIZZA IN MORGANTOWN read more

Fast delivery very good food.garlic knots are on point.very happy with service will definitely keep ordering from here
