Stop in for lunch for the first time. I ordered the Brooklyn salad. I sat down and it was a short wait. Chicken in the salad was moist and tasted great. We tried Casa Capri last night and even before we tasted the food, we were very impressed with the service. They were top notch friendly, helpful and attentive. We walked in to place a large order of several items. We had four families staying at a nearby hotel for a softball tournament. All the adults had different items, and the girls had Pizza, wings, garlic bites and the rest of us have a variety of sandwiches, hoagies, paninis, salads and appetizers. Once we placed the order the young lady taking the order read it back to us. As the other employees realized the size of this order it looked like it was an "all hands in deck" sort of situation. They told us it would be about 25-30 minutes and we understood, it was more like 15 minutes. We were impressed. They gave us napkins, cups, cookies for the kids you name it, they handled it. All I can say about the food was there was absolutely no leftovers! We didn't have any complaints, and everyone liked what they got. read more

Food and experience was excellent. Restaurant was very clean. The owner came around 3 times to insure that our food was prepared to our liking. Staff was very friendly. We have been here twice now and all the food we ordered was really good. Meatballs, spaghetti, pizza and chicken parm. Lived in Jersey for 10 years and this is EXACTLY what a Jersey pizza shop should be. Later found out that the owner is from Jersey, which explains the authenticity. I am the one that picked up the food. First off, we called an hour ahead. Your host said food would be ready at 15 to 20 minutes. This was at 4:25 on Tuesday. My wife asked if it could be ready at 5:15 we were told no problem. I arrived around 5:15 the pizza was done. However the Steak hoagie and the sides were not. Your cashiers at register said the order was incomplete and they were working to have it finished. By the time the food was done , I waited for 20 minutes. So I had the cashier check the steak hoagie to make sure there was no cheese on sandwich. As my wife has food allergies. They did that correct. When I arrived at home my wife began eating the so called onion rings and discovered in fact that is was calamari . So we called your place of business talked to male host and asked for the manager. You can here host tell the manager on duty that we need to speak to him and you can clearly hear manager say tell them I am not here. This place does not care about their customers. So If you would like for me to stop in your store to talk about this I would be more than happy to discuss this matte with the manager.
