She had a pulled pork sandwich and was halfway done with its porky goodness before I could even ask her how it was. I had a meatball sub myself, and it was loaded with gooey cheese and delicious marinara sauce. The rib shack's sandwiches are certainly extraordinary, a real carnivore's delight. However, the star of this joint has to be the Baby Back ribs, a succulent masterpiece dressed in yummy Jack Daniels glaze. These beauties are cooked to perfection, and the meat literally falls off the bone. The next time I visit Waynesburg this will be one of my first stops.
