Plenty of outdoor seating

Adorable, and cozy spot tucked away a few blocks from town. I felt so welcomed immediately when I walked in the door. And as advertised, they sell pottery, and yummy food, coffee, and tea. My Turkey Bacon and Jam sandwich was buttery and delish--just what I needed on what felt like the first day of fall.

I love this place so much! I have to stop anytime I'm in the Waynesburg area or passing through on i79. I found this place on google one day when I was searching for lunch after a work meeting in Mount Morris. Kiln to Table is located very close to the central Waynesburg area and the college, and has some of the best cafe food ever! The salads are chock full of fresh veggies and protein. Their salad dressings all taste homemade and are the bomb! The best thing ive ever had here is the turkey bacon jam sandwich. Y'all. This is the final boss of turkey sandwiches. I cant even put into words how amazing it is- you just need to try it! It has thick cut turkey, awesome bacon, and a strawberry bacon jam. Sandwiches come with house made chips. I always get a side of ranch and pesto mayo for dipping! They also have some baked goods as well; I've had the nutter butters as well which are great! This is truly a hidden gem. There isn't a ton of seating, but they do have outdoor seating options. Staff is so friendly. This is such a spectacular lunch spot!!!!

Stopped here while out and about. The parking situation is interesting. Their is on street parking and a lot with a few spots located across the street past the outside picnic tables. Their is outside seating on the front porch area. The right side is the entrance. Opening the door their is a small room with pottery and other merchandise. Walking forward is a case for the sweets, which looked amazing with Frankenstein rice crispy treats. I ordered an hot almond milk cappuccino. Loved the coffee house smell. The list of sandwiches looked delicious. My cappuccino was hot and took a few minutes to cool down. It was very smooth and warmed my soul. I would stop here again. Cute small business with a home town feel.

We had a Waynesburg University homecoming alumni dinner with 34 diners in the back room at Table to Kiln and had an awesome time. Natalie Harris and her staff served a beautifully prepared and presented meal in a terrific facility. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Doesn't look like much upon arrival but once here you're in a different world. It's calm, collected and the atmosphere makes you feel like you're meant to be here. The menu is a bit small but boats some incredible options to choose from. You can't have a wrong decision here. Not only are there sandwiches they also have bakery items. I had the Ruben sandwich and wow it was phenomenal, packed with flavor, volume and so filling. My wife had the chicken sandwich that has a special sauce (I won't spoil it ) and I honestly wish I could of ate both. The salads have fresh vegetables and chicken. Definitely a MUST go if you're in the area or from here. Great job guys!

I've heard good things and always been interested in this place and finally took the time to visit. Just a short walk from the Main Street in Waynesburg. The building itself is just a little place, but it's got so much good energy. The quaint and cute and comfortable with plenty of outdoor seating including a deck area. The staff are kind and happy to assist, offering their recommendations and being sure to be clear. Our wait time for our order was MAYBE 5 minutes? Not sure if this is pretty standard as the location had multiple guests at the time of our visit, but regardless it was very quick. The food was exactly what we ordered, hot, quick, and delicious. I'm a big guy and normally eat pretty hefty portions for meals but one order of the breakfast sandwich and a drink was plenty! (I didn't have any left overs but my friend took a to-go box for his French toast for what he had left). Apparently they do breakfast all day on Saturday which is PERFECT for a breakfast lover as myself. I absolutely will be visit again. Thank you Kiln To Table for such a delicious breakfast today!

Winner! This is a great little place with excellent food, great coffee and a pleasant atmosphere. When I come to Waynesburg I am continually disappointed by food choices - no longer will this be the case. I had a breakfast sandwich - great bread from the strip, perfectly fried egg, nice melty cheeses and crispy crunchy bacon. A perfect side of pan fried potato's with peppers and onions. All of the ingredients were fresh, not frozen and no processed junk. Coffee is roasted locally and you could buy a mug thrown by the resident "potter" who is also the chef!. There is a bakery case containing locally baked goods. Yummy. Oh - by the way - there was strawberry jam on the sandwich (nice touch). I understand they roast the meats for the lunch and dinner items in house. I will update when (not if) I return.

The lovely lady that greeted us let us know that they have 18 volunteers helping run the place! Simply amazing watching a community come together like this. I was instantly intrigued by the "Johnny waffle" on their menu. I could eat one of those every day. The dough was lightly sweet and the waffle was soft. Doesn't need any syrup - this waffle was perfect on its own! We also got a mango iced tea, which I promptly chugged (couldn't even help it). They have a list of flavors at the front counter. The prices are more than reasonable. Anywhere in the city you would pay near double for some of these items. The cafe was bright and comfortable with plenty of seating. Wonderful little cafe serving the community and families in need. We instantly felt welcome walking in and enjoyed our visit. So happy to stop in and support this cafe. I can't wait for another Johnny waffle already! We will definitely return!

The waffle was good. It reminded me of a beer bread batter + a little sweet. It was a bit doughy like it wasn't cooked all the way. We still enjoyed it. The matcha mix they use is pre sweetened. I prefer my matcha with no sweeteners - only reason I highlight this. They had a local children's author in the cafe with her books which was nice. Such a cool way to incorporate community.

I was looking for an activity to do on Friday, observed Veteran's Day. School was closed, and the…read moreveteran in our home was off of work. I randomly thought of Brushes & Beans. We called around noon, and they made us a 2:30pm reservation. We arrived a bit early so my husband and I could order coffees, and we bought a baked good for my children (ages 4 and 6). I think some might be caught off guard by the macchiato at this cafe, but they are true to Italian size and style (says the prior northern Italy resident). My husband ordered a double and had them add the bourbon caramel flavoring to it (not true to Italian style - ha!). He said he really liked it, and I enjoyed teasing him with a little "pinkies up!" call out when taking his photo. I ordered a decaf Americano (boring, I know) and also enjoyed it. Our children split a chocolate chip scone. There were a variety of muffins to choose from, croissants, and gluten-free items as well. Soon, it was time for our painting reservation. I have to say, everyone we interacted with was patient, helpful, and kind. They each seem to enjoy their job. They came around the tables often to ask if we need anything, and would bring additional paint or offer help and advice when needed. There is a nice variety of ceramics to choose from for painting as well. All in all, we very much enjoyed our visit and would certainly go back again! I was thinking it could be a fun outing for a Girl Scout troop or any kind of club or organization. You could go and paint ornaments, which are affordable and easy to do. I may have to pass that idea past our Girl Scout troop's leader. :)
