Vein of Stars Hazy IPA on draft, amazing!
Brennan R.

Stopped on my drive back from OC to SLO. Have had Casa Agria's beers in SLO county at a few establishments and always been very pleased with what I've had - mainly Hazy + West Coast IPA's. I think I have a new favorite brewery from Ventura County after dropping in and trying a beer on draft here. I had the Vein of Stars Hazy IPA on draft and it drank so smoothly I took a 4 pack of cans back home with me. The brewery itself in Oxnard had a super clean vibe/atmosphere, ample seating/space, super easy parking, had friendly service, and the beer was fantastic. 5 stars in my book overall and a gem for 805 county beer lovers. Can't wait to have more of their beers that get sourced up to SLO county and to make this a common pit stop to and/from SoCal on road trips. They've got a great operation here in Oxnard!

We just made a random stop here as we were thirsty as we spent the day at the farms! Located in an industrial strip mall on the end! Location has both indoor and outdoor spaces! Limited packages food can be purchased: such as chips and package cheese! Location also has food trucks some days! Brewery has quite a number of beers on tap! For those who don't drink beers there is a seltzer. The day we went it was super green and was very sweet! As too sweet for me I grabbed an apricot sour: pretty good at 8 percent. A half point was enough for me! I'm not a beer drinker. Spouse enjoyed an IPA. Pints are 9 dollars. A little high for a pint but there are not a lot of breweries in town! Plenty of parking outside! Plus the brewery has a lot of events! Nice and clean with plenty of space! So stop in for a pint or two!

Plenty of parking, 23 different beers to choose from. Mike greeted as we walked in, being a newbie to beer I wasn't sure of what to get so Mike made some suggestions & allowed me to try a few. I was so appreciative because I got to pick one I really enjoyed! He totally made my experience memorable & wanting to come back again!!! Bar seating, hight tables & picnic tables are all available.... good for a single person all the way up to a huge party, 7 arcade machines available to play & 2 single restrooms unisex available.

Bunch of retro Arcade games!

Casa agria has really stepped it up the past few years. They moved into a larger location within the business center, got an amazing interior designer, and kept the same quality delicious beer. I would say Casa is our favorite place to go for a good hazy IPA in Ventura county. Their stuff really just hits the spot, is so refreshing, and the perfect balance of hops. Servers have always been super friendly and cool. Love that they now have a larger spot and awesome interior that match the delicious beer. There's plenty of seating both inside and outside, live bands or events going on, unique & fun art, food trucks, and retro arcade/ board games! Immaculate vibes! We'll be back time and time again. Cheers, Jess

Usually come here with the buds after work for some hangs. Came here for date night, an hour before closing on a Friday. It was fairly mellow, small groups inside and a few people at the bar. Literally 30 minutes before closing, chairs were being stacked up, slamming stools, stools banging together by two of the closers. I thought it was just me but everyone were giving eyes to each other, and someone loudly said "how rude...". Yes I agree. I get preclosing, but we got the hint to hurry up and get out because literally you close in 30minutes. I'd hate to give 2 stars, so I give you 3. You have one of the best beers, but customer service was lacking that night.

The Rad Rover!

Casa Agria Specialty Ales was a brewery Steve and I got to try recently and overall we enjoyed the experience we got with the beer that we tried. We got the Rad Rover, a triple IPA. This beer was indeed a boozy one. Tropical and sweet in flavor, smooth and clean as you partake this 10% ABV IPA. It was enjoyable to be sure but as I often struggle with IPA's I had trouble finding a distinguishing signature to the beer that is exclusive to the IPA itself. For example when I think of "Rosemary IPA" I know precisely which brewery I got that from.

Beer menu this week! Lagers, West Coast IPA's, Hazy IPA's, sours and special collabs. Incredible!

Wow! What an amazing place with tasty brews. Definitely coming back! A home brewer friend recommended that I visit Casa Agria during my last visit to the LA area. I'm so glad that I listened. Casa Agria is located in Oxnard, about 1 hour north of Los Angeles...and so worth the drive!! Casa Agria has an outstanding selection of beers - the full range from flavorful lagers to West Coast IPA's to Saisons. It was an incredible experience to taste the range of beers. I'm a sake lover, so the new Japanese rice lager ("La Locura") was fantastic! My favorites were the Victorietta and the Full Blaze West Coast IPAs. Truthfully, I enjoyed them all. Owner, Mike, who was pouring at the bar, was so knowledgeable and friendly. He joyfully answered my million questions about the brewing and artistic process (Thank you!!). For those of you looking for an incredible pairing, there's Birria Tacos for dinner. I'm so picky and rate only fantastic places. Casa Agria gets 5+ stars for the entire experience.

Absolutely love Casa! It was the first brewery I came to when moving to Ventura county and it did not disappoint! They have some of the best sours and hazy ipas I've ever had. Good vibes indoors and out. Have a cool arcade and always has fun events. Staff is friendly and fast. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Such a great place to hang out!! The weather perfect. They were celebrating their 6 year anniversary! It was packed! Plenty of seating outside and seats at the bar. We were lucky enough to find a spot at the bar too right away! And we STAYED there! :-) Gordos hot chicken was their serving up delicious chicken sandwiches. Beer was amazing. We ordered the digital forest and the wonderful adventure. Both had great flavor!

The axe throwing itself is $35 per person but it is worth it if you are looking for a fun activity or destressor (lol). If you opt out from axe throwing they have other options like card/ board games as well. Side note: They don't have food vendors but there's lots of wonderful food options around the area walking distance. In regards to the drinks, every beer/ alcoholic drink they carry is intentional and they rotate based off season. Every time I've came I've had a wonderful and welcoming experience with the help of Ryan, Marshall, and Mariah. Definitely recommend!

It was a slow night for them. As we arrived at the bar to check in and I have to say that there was not much joy in are presence. My husband presented the Groupon and she immediately said, "Yeah, were not taking those anymore" and mentioned the manager or owners name. My husband immediately showed her that the Groupon had not expired yet. She fiddled looking in the computer and eventually allowed us to sign the waiver and Ray led us to our lane. Listen, if the place was super busy and they were swamped, I could see why they would be bothered by a Groupon hassle. But that was NOT the case and the fact of the matter is, they did not apologize for doubting the validity of the Groupon. It was more like we were an annoyance that we came in at all. Didn't ask us if we wanted something to drink. Ray was excellent at his presentation and instruction, but we were the only people throwing at the time and I was having issues with even hitting the board with the metal part of the axe. Just a helpful hint for the throwers, you will have to get someone back over there by asking if you need anymore help. They are not going to volunteer to help you again. All and all it is a fun environment, but I doubt we will be going back anytime soon. You want to spend money in an establishment that wants you there. Not one that acts like you just pissed in their Cheerios by showing up. Fun place to try, but frustrating if you can't throw the axe correctly to make it stick to the wall.

It was actually bad, the crust kinda reminded me of when the kids were little and we took them to Chuck E Cheese. Regardless, the beer was good and even though it was packed Saturday night, we didn't have any issues finding a table.
