I…read morepurchased a remanufactured rack & pinion ($450) 3 years ago...the boots are cracked & the bushing wore out...also I was get resistance when turning the vehicle... the inner tie rods are loose & clunking... I went in today to get my money back & was refused a refund on lifetime warrant...instead the only option I was given was for a part replacement... I took the new part & was sold a banged up one...the metal lines are kinked & bent... The paint job basically covers the whole part...even the rubber bushings...plus side is it does have TOYOTA stamped on it (as requested by me)...

I had the car battery light come on and stopped by this store with my kids on Sunday, March 2nd…read morearound 11-noonish. There was a middle aged dark hair guy and an older man working. They had long lines so I waited in line like everyone else. When it was my turn, the dark haired middle aged guy asked what I needed. I explained I didn't know but the battery light came on. He gave me some device and told me to plug it in somewhere. I know nothing about cars. Had absolutely no clue. When I go to my advanced auto parts near Littleton, they come out and help me. Well, I asked him if they could do that and he said he's too busy and can't leave his coworker alone. Ok, that's fine. A customer after me offered to help. He said the employee is not being helpful but I get it, they were busy. I came back later when there was only one person in line and he still didn't want to help me even though I waited long enough and it was my turn. He proceeded to take the next customer so I just went out in my car and signed up for AAA and spent money I did not have today. A few minutes later, that employee that refused to help me was outside helping another customer- a guy with his car. Soon after that, he was working on his own car. They were not very helpful or nice at all here. Prior to this my daughter's car broke down and my pipes broke so I was on my way home to meet the plumber. I wanted to cry but I have to be the strong single mom that I am. I just wish men like this were more accommodating when they see older ladies that could use the help. They seem to help who they want. Discrimination at its best. This is a terrible store. I didn't make a scene. I just left. I really don't need to beg anyone to do their job. If they don't want to help and are just there for a paycheck, karma will come back around to them and their family. Never going back to this store again. Wasn't pleasant at all.
