This is dense, ultra creamy deliciousness. I had a scoop of the toffee chocolate chip. The toffee flavor is well integrated and rich, with a deep, dark caramelized depth. The chocolate chips highlight one of the strengths of Graeter's, which is because of the French pot style they use, you will end up getting huge chunks of chocolate chips (almost like frozen ganache) which are incredibly fun to eat, especially if you're the kind of person who likes to turn ice cream eating into an excavation of delicious bits.
