The only bad I've noticed was the battery was no good at pick up (but manufacture warranty covered replacing it), it barely had half a tank of gas, two tires on the driver side were a little low on air, & the oil life says it only has 20%. We did not go through financing so I cannot attest to that part of the process, but all the other steps were seamless and we were very pleased with both the car and the process. The description of the car online was spot on as were any flaws (which were minimum) on/in the car. We feel the price was fair and the best part, no dealing with the "well let me ask my manager" and spending hours at the dealership. Also appreciate being able to view the Carfax report. Carvana will definitely be on the list for future cars. We also purchased a warranty but cannot comment to that process yet. The experience I had from start to finish was better than expected and I would say its been a good one. The one thing I would say that on the day of the pickup and trade in, I was called the day off (once I already left the house) to say how they were running behind. Wish that I was informed in advance to make plans with work. The next issue was a battery warning light which was concerning. I called on day 2 and they arranged for me to take it to one of their mechanics within my area (which was smooth). Later found it was something the manufacturer would cover so they had it towed to the dealership and problem was fixed and resolved. By day 4/5 I had my car back after being checked out thoroughly. Additionally the Carvana support online, via text and phone call was excellent. I appreciated not having to haggle or deal with a car salesman. So I go in, check all the details, change nothing and then hit save. Boom, my offer is 16300 now. So I sit on the phone for 3 hours trying to sort it out and they refuse to honor the previous amount. This is by fare the worst experience I've ever had in buying a car. My original order went in in September. They canceled my car by accident had to choose a new one. Then the second car was delayed 5 times due to being damaged during transportaction. The third car was delivered with these issues. BMW concerns When going in reverse, you can hear the transmission making a humming sound. Service light is on for brake fluid. Also, the brakes don't seem right they have a lot of brake dust also coming from them. Driver side panel on the door won't stay connected. There's a tear on the door as well as a severe crack in the trim. Behind the kidneys on the front hood, you see damage done to the hood needs to be repaired. In the trunk area, the handle for the cover is broken you cannot open the cover . What a horrible experienc. read more

I bought and traded in my car with Carvana. The process was very easy to use with zero pressure, no salespeople calling or emailing. It was OUTSTANDING! I loved the car I got and it was almost exactly as it was described and shown in their photos. The reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 stars was due to the two chip marks I found on the front windshield when l took the car for a test drive. I bought the extended Plus Warranty and the car is covered under the 100 day warranty as well. When I told the salesman about the two chips on the front windshield he told me l would go online and through the Carvana site, fill out the damage found and SilverRock (Carvana's repair/warranty contractor) would handle it. I got home and followed the directions and SilverRock said they don't cover glass damage. It doesn't actually state that on their list of covered vs not covered warranty information but they wouldn't budge even after calling them. It's small in cost, about $210 to get it fixed but I spent $3,450 for the Plus Warranty for two years or 24,000 miles and this was my first impression using them. Reviewing the BBB website for SilverRock, I found they have a 1.37 Star rating out of 5.0 Stars. Lots and lots of complaints on SilverRock on covering warranty repairs. read more

They have awesome marketing and getting a coin to get your car out of a vending machine is amazing! Things seemed to go smoothly when we started. After a week and a half, four car pick up resets, and three agents, we were frustrated. The last agent finally helped us finish all paperwork. It would have all went better had we been notified by phone. Uploading, reloading, and no clear explanation of why something wasn't correct made this difficult. We love the concept but agents/ underwriting need to call to move the process along. So, if you go to Carvana it's a good place with good quality vehicles. Just know that if anything gets kicked back (or asked to resubmit) documents, call and speak to someone. The hold time is about 30-40 mins each time. Ask them to make sure all they need is there. financing was a snap - pick up even better @ the Spring TX location - drove my 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander 30 minutes North- stopped for lunch - unable to get back into my car- READ THAT AGAIN- wasn't supplied a key to get into my NEW car- called Car Ana was told I needed to file a claim! 105 degrees outside- paid $27k for a car that I haven't owned an hour - I had to call a locksmith- pay out of my own pocket- drove the car home - 2.5 hours away - asked for my trade in BACK -not possible- learned I only had 30 minutes after taking possession of new car to change my mind - had I only known the NEW car wouldn't be accessible I wouldn't have needed 30 minutes to rethink my trade I had a new car for 5 days in my garage that I couldn't drive because I couldn't lock it- let that sink in - then settled on a different vehicle from Carvana - that we had to go & pick up- but only a 30 minute drive the 2nd tim; they never offered to purchase keys for me to get into the car- never tried to make things right- if 1/10 of a star was offered that would be my first choice-2nd vehicle has KEYS to access entry BUT numerous scratches that were NOT disclosed- just got the approval they're going to pay to have them fixed - wonder if I can borrow that 1st vehicle while the 2nd is in the shop - I'll park it in the garage & not take it anywhere- but hey what's customer service to CARVANA...... nothing read more

What started out OK until we were driving home and the first fender well cover came off scratched up the side of the vehicle chipped the paint so we figured it's cosmetic. They won't cover it well today the front bumper came off the passenger front wheel well cover came off, so I don't know if they're Jerry rigging these cars together or what but I am pretty pissed right now dealing with this shit. DO NOT USE CARVANA. Bought my second vehicle from Carvana in may 2022 and had issues with it immediately. It arrived late due to too many sensors going off by law to sell and rescheduled on me twice. Promised me a reimbursement fee, never saw it. First day the air intake hoses were torn and completely unattached after so called inspection. Coolant light started going off and took to their partnered silver rock recommended company to a local pep boys in humble. Silver rock is a joke and pep boys doesn't have certified mechanics. Took the vehicle their 5 times and they failed to create proper records and mileage on file, so Carvana said they can't help me due to their filing errors. They will hold you responsible for the companies they send you to and are partnered with. Last stop mechanic sent me off and stated the vehicle was fine and the car overheated 30 min. Down the road. Called silver rock, denied everything. Called Carvana, denied any help and couldn't even give me any corporate information. Rep told me google it. Wow! Had the vehicle towed to a real mechanic and provided them with a real diagnostic. They said they can't do anything because I was over the warrant mileage. I was NOT over the mileage when I was taking it to pep boys. Steer clear from this company. I have to repair over 2k out of pocket so far and have not even had the vehicle 3 months. bought a 2019 Jetta r-line... delivery was pushed back due to the A/C not workin which was fine. once it was delivered I asked what the issue was with the A/C and what was repaired, they did not have an answer and I was told I would be given a call with the details. never got a call so I called them and they could not give me any information on the repair and did nothing to get the information. as a seller you would think they would have this information or access to it and as a buyer you have a right to know what repairs were made in case of future issues. so just beware if they say there is an issue with the car and claim to fix it they will not give you any information on the repair and just tell you about the warranty. maybe get the car inspected your self for any issues read more

The experience with Carvana has been a good one. They were always helpful throughout every step of the way. The only complaint I have is my experience picking up the car at this location. I was very excited to get a coin and put it in the vending machine to see my car come down as promised. I was very emotional coming to this location just waiting for that moment because of everything I had gone through after my car accident. I have a bad back injury and didn't have a car for over 2 months. I had very poor mobility that day and I needed to use the bathroom which both the women and men were out of order and I was told I could use the porta potty in the back. My boyfriend and I went outside so I could use the porta potty which took us about 8 minutes and when we came back inside my car was already at the bottom. This got me very upset because I never gave permission for that. I asked the lady wasn't I suppose to bring my car down with a coin, and she told me that their machine was not working either. This place took that moment from me because nothing in their office apparently worked. read more

I recently purchased a "Carvana certified pre-own vehicle" and it has been a nightmare from day one. Once i finally picked out my 2013 g37x and had it delivered, I took my car to my work so I could take a better look, I was horrified to find the underneath completely rusted over. The oil pan and differentials were so rusted they couldn't even be serviced. I thankfully was still able to switch my car out with another one. That process took another week to complete. The new g37 they sent was a lot better so I was feeling a lot better about it. I changed out all the fluids, replaced the battery and spark plugs and even cleaned the throttle bodies so I had a peace of mind that all maintenance was up to date. Now only two months later, I am the last one at work, sitting the the dark parking lot waiting for Carvana to send someone to pick me and my car up that isn't starting. First off, I purchased in advance a vehicle for my son with said amount of miles. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle it had 2400 more miles on the odometer than what pics and documentation had shown, the gentleman at Carvana could not explain why and had no concerns. The vehicle was filthy, appears as if they passed through a drive-thru car wash, didn't take the time dry or wipe windows, nothing. Interior still had belongings, pens, mail, food in/under seats. Had less than a 1/4 tank of gas and non-OEM keys, no fobs. So to say the least the vehicle was not what was advertised, pictures were not accurate such as OEM keys, "slight imperfections-light scratches" were actually $500 body work repairs, headlight seal was missing therefore condensation in light. We went forward with purchase as my son was already set on this one. Drove straight to gas station, filled up then to car wash to have detailed. Following body shop for minor repairs and a new headlight. Definitely a lesson learned, I do not recommend as descriptions & photos were not accurate, and customer service was little to none. Take the time and search around, visualize and purchase from someone who at min let's you drive off in a clean vehicle with a little more than 45 miles to empty. read more

I bought a relatively inexpensive Hyundai from Carvana. It took 2 weeks for it to come in. The rep called and said it was ready. When I showed up the vending machine was broken. I went home. They asked that I return the next day at about the same time. Nobody was in the office. I had to walk around back to find some one and they kept me waiting another 10 minutes. They brought the car down but the doors to get it out of the vending machine were stuck. The rep (nice guy) then disappeared for 15 minutes. Now they are calling me an Uber back home. I can't tell you how disappointed I am in the customer service. Too bad I like the car. I'd cancel this. I called a number they gave me an "inside sales" number. It should be called a "no help desk". This location is in need of some basic management. Still waiting on my Uber. Skip Carvana and try someone else please... and they never called an Uber. I've been here 1.5 hours. read more
