The first vehicle was delivered defectI've. check engine light on, rear view mirror always dark, paint was a disaster. Burned right through the clearcoat. Returning was a breeze. The paperwork was a nightmare. mine still shows I own the two vehicles and they have no process to fix this. I hope I don't have to try and explain where the money went because they were both cash deals. I think if it was financed they would have a better method. Getting hold of live people who can actually help is a problem as well. The replacement vehicle was truly outstanding though. of course the transaction sucked. But their error was in my favor. I do love my car but there were faaaar more damage than listed on the website. when I brought it up, they advised me of the age of the car... I am fully aware this isn't a new car but the point of them showing the minor imperfections and leaving out the large one's kind of stinks. After paying a non-refundable 1200 delivery fee, I'm a bit more invested in the purchase which is why I kept it. Also, I bought a 2021 vehicle that looked like there was a minor accident (not reported on the carfax and the body work done to repair was poor. To my pleasant surprise, after I pointed out the blemishes and shoddy work, I sent pictures and Caravana immediately did the right thing and approved me to go to one of their approved body shops near my house and they are fully taking care of the costs. I've been searching for a Lexus GS350 F sport for a long time. I found the car I wanted online and it seemed to be in very good condition overall. I decided to buy the car and everything was good. I had the contact for the dealership and everything was going well. I was attempting to communicate the first 7 days with the dealership rep with issue I had (repainted front bumper with overspray/ very worn tires/ damage to key/ residue on windows from improper tint removal/ rust on 2 wheels/ unknown oil change service). The 7 days were up and I had to escalate my issue of all 4 tires needing to be replaced 16 days after picking the car up. I found out that the rep had lost his job (hence the lack of communication) and I was SOL for all the problems mentioned since Carvana as a whole did not respond fast enough. They also mentioned a 1500 mile limited warranty that was not written anywhere within my contract as means to deny many of my issues. I just bought a 32k car and had to spend 3k two weeks after buying it on necessary maintenance. Overall a disappointing experience as a whole from the communication and failure to live up to their slogan of "driving me happy". I will be buying elsewhere in the future. - A disappointed one time customer. read more

I forget the young man's name - but the guy who came to pick up my car was awesome. he communicated early and often with regard to his ETA. once he arrived, he explained everything quickly and with a smile. The paper work was in order and ready. This guy was so "on it", I didn't even read what I signed- (I guess it's possible that I signed over the deed to my house and custody of my children...idk. it's fine ). Anyway, he was great. The ONLY thing I didn't like was I was asked to wait to deposit the check for my carfor 3 days. That is super sketchy - but, I've bought three cars from Carvana and this is my first sale. We sold our car to Carvana and it was convenient but very impersonal. Online it stated that we could file out the paperwork in person versus online. However, when we arrived at our appointment to sell the car, no one was there to greet us at the front desk and we had to wait at least 5 minutes to show up from the back room. Initially, we did not believe anyone was even there. Once someone showed up, we were met with a very rude employee. He demanded the keys and told us we should have filled everything out before we came to the appointment. Before we had finished filling out the paperwork, they started putting stickers on it and took the car.
