Carl took the time to work with us closely on the planning phase, so we could balance our budget with the available options and we ended up very satisfied with our selection. He listened to our needs and made sure we would be happy with what we got. There was never any hard sell and it was clear his top goal was customer satisfaction. By chance, the awning manufacturer moved to a different state around the time we ordered the awnings, and Carl was very good about keeping us updated on the timing of expected arrival, as well as any other unavoidable delays...one of the things we value most in a contractor is clear communication, so that we know what to expect, and Carl always got back to us quickly, kept us up to date, and we were never left wondering about anything. The installation was quick and the workplace completely cleaned up afterwards, and he came out for an additional visit promptly when we had a concern about the installation, making sure everything was perfect and to our satisfaction. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! You will not go wrong working with Results Renovation and Repair.

These guys are amazing!!! Hands down an amazing crew. The review you see at the bottom is an issue…read morethat can happen to anybody. People dont understand that being a plumber in this day and age is tough with material allocation being insane. Homeowners don't understand how hard these guys have to work and they do work hard. They are professional, trustworthy and honest. Unlike other plumbers when they cut holes out of your wall they make a nice clean cut for easy patching and always clean up after themselves. They use moving blankets to protect the area they are working in and make sure to discuss the job with you before they start working. If you need quality service work these are the guys you want at your disposal. They are locals and very tight nit with the Ithaca community. One minute they are changing out your shower diverter amd an hour later they are installing steam piping at breweries. These guys do ALOT pf different jobs big and small. Give them credit where the credit os due. I dont care how many times they have to go get parts. Things change in a split second and your old ass house is the problem not them 100% of the time.

The good news is that unlike many folks in Ithaca, these guys actually pick up the phone. The bad…read morenews is that the service leaves a lot to be desired. I had a plumber look at a water pressure issue (apparently nothing to be done about that, so no worries) and a dripping tap. The plumber disassembled the tap, told me they needed to order a part - as usual, these always require some brand specific cartridge - and they'd get back to me once they sourced it. He did not put the tap back together properly, so I had to figure out how to reassemble it myself, and Warden never called me back about the replacement part. Weeks later I still have a dripping tap. Would not call these folks again, guess I'll teach myself how to replace the cartridge on my own so I can be assured of a decent job.

I wanted to do a service on the Noritz on-demand water heater D'Amico Plumbing installed, as well…read moreas change a shower head and stop a faucet leak they had failed to fix on a prior visit. The tech that arrived had no idea of how to service the Noritz. He reviewed my Manuel but left it leaking. Worse, is that he soaked my faucet head in vinegar and dribbled it all over the marble entry way. It has ruined the marble and it is not repairable. After removing the shower head and faucet, the plumber could not install a comparable style unit, so took off for a few days. When he returned, I bought a temporary unit so I could shower. Then threw this outfit off my property. Noritz denies that D'Amico is an authorized vendor and installer. They recommended an alternate which corrected all of my problems. I was left with having paid nearly $400 to D'Amico, out the cost of the temp hardware, and they were not willing to repair or replace my damaged entryway. Final insult is a snotty attitude. You can definitely find a better place to get plumbing services and products.
