I had a furnace installed by this company, and unfortunately the installation quality was poor. The…read moreunit was not leveled properly, which caused ongoing issues with the condensate drainage system. Because the furnace was unlevel, condensation water could not drain correctly and instead pooled inside the unit. Over time, this buildup triggered the safety switch and caused the furnace to shut down unexpectedly, leaving us without heat and no clear explanation at first. The situation worsened as the standing water began to stress the internal condensate pan and seal, eventually leading to water leaking into the cabinet. This is not something that should happen with a properly installed high-efficiency furnace. After troubleshooting, it became clear the root cause was improper leveling during installation--a basic step that should not have been overlooked. I also reached out to the company twice regarding these issues and did not receive any response, which was extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would recommend others think carefully before using this company. Proper installation and follow-up support are critical, and neither met expectations in this case.

The tech that arrived had no idea of how to service the Noritz. He reviewed my Manuel but left it leaking. Worse, is that he soaked my faucet head in vinegar and dribbled it all over the marble entry way. It has ruined the marble and it is not repairable. After removing the shower head and faucet, the plumber could not install a comparable style unit, so took off for a few days. When he returned, I bought a temporary unit so I could shower. Then threw this outfit off my property. Noritz denies that D'Amico is an authorized vendor and installer. They recommended an alternate which corrected all of my problems. I was left with having paid nearly $400 to D'Amico, out the cost of the temp hardware, and they were not willing to repair or replace my damaged entryway. Final insult is a snotty attitude.
