I tried to explain that hot water and air conditioning were not related. Finally, several days after the second call, my partner (male) called and somehow, miraculously, the part was "found." He was told it was a "communication breakdown" with the supplier. It was obviously a communication breakdown on Halco's part. We got no acknowledgement that this was problematic, not even an apology for having to spend 2+ weeks with no hot water.
