They claimed we needed a new motor and they would be in touch within a few days, it's been 3 weeks and still have yet to hear from them. As far as they know we have been sitting in the cold for 3 weeks now. We called them again a few days ago and they still have yet to call us back. This company is a joke! Pretty sure it's an emergency if someone's furnace breaks! I cannot express enough how awful this company is. Luckily, we called someone else who said the motor is fine and they fixed the real problem! This place is a scam.
