I have been dealing with Halco the past couple of years and they keep telling me my old unit is almost out of coolant and needs to be replaced (for several thousand $.) Brad came out, did the maintenance, measured the coolant and told me it's fine - it doesn't need new coolant, it can run til it dies. Basically, I won't be giving my business to Halco anymore and will be using BGMG for my ac and furnace maintenance from here on out. He also gave me a quote on a new ac unit, for when our current one stops working. An added bonus, he had no problem wearing a mask indoors, which we highly appreciate! He covered the cost to have someone come on the weekend which was very reasonable for a weekend service call. The technician showed up about 1 hour later and was able to quickly identify the issue and was able to restore the boiler. He also identified an issue that had occurred due to normal usage and had a replacement part for my boiler with him. The service was excellent, the quality of the work and the technician was excellent and the value was bar far excellent for a week end service call. We had multiple issues with the company that installed the boiler and didn't want to have them come back. I would strongly recommend Hills heating if you have a problem with your heating system.
