Called, set up an appointment and the service repairman came . His name was Dean. He called before he was to arrive, he knew exactly how to fix the issue. He gave me a hint on removing the filter. Told me to make rabbit ears on the filter with duck tape. That way I can pull the filter out. I told him I was disappointed the installers did not show me how to remove the filter. After all, I really was not thrilled that I had to have a service call. The best part of this review is that there wasn't any charge, he gave me a pound of hummingbird coffee , a fabulous tip on removing the filter and we shook hands. Very thankful for the rabbit ear tip, everyone should learn this! Very pleased with Hummingbird, the service repairman Dean and my pound of coffee. But the best part... no charge. They installed the new tankless water heater and took the old unit away in one day. They cleaned up as if they where never there. The tankless water heater is working great and I actually got to take a hot shower after the rest of the household. The quote was fair and the work was efficient. Back in May their employee notice a serious problem, something I would not have noticed and could have severely injured me, apparently there had been an arc.
