So I called them to schedule service for the AC - leaking water all over the floor in the utility room. The AC technician came to fix the AC which was not working and it's going to be over 90 degrees following week. It's was June 2025 and was extremely hot here. The AC guy had just said the AC, furnace all need to be replaced. Replacing everything could have been $20000. He continued to say, by law I had to turn off the furnace and the AC or people in the house may died if turned on. Wondering if this is true?? We quickly found another AC people to check and that cost us $500+ to replace some parts and all working just fine. The furnace and AC were all working perfectly till today. Simple condensation pump. It took us so long to write the review because it's not easy to spare time to write this.

Once the proposal is accepted, they email a link with no other terms than 29% Carrier Card, and the customer is misled to look into the application for other terms, and this is false. The customer is finishing with a hard inquiry on his/her credit, lowering his/her credit score, and a Wellsfargo $xx,xxx new credit which definatly increases the DTI ratio. In other words, Potter HVAV is messing the credit of good people.... Be aware of it.
