They are on time and their work is excellent…read more They just cleaned two furnaces and the work was done with some comments about the future need of a 22 year old furnace, but no pressure to replace this year. Back in May their employee notice a serious problem, something I would not have noticed and could have severely injured me, apparently there had been an arc. Since then…read moreI've needed their technicians to come repair it on 12/11/2024, 12/31/2024, 1/2/2025, and have had technicians from other HVAC companies (Isaac and Holbrook) come out to attempt get it working on 12/5/2024, 1/16/2025, 6/6/2025. Today (1/27/2026) we woke up to no heat once again. There are no repair companies in the area besides Chiodo (who don't seem to be able to get it working) willing to work on this unit and, based on the eror code, the the control board has failed so all I can do is replace it with a new boiler after only 3 years...would not recommend.
