When I was told about the price, for the tires only, I said that's a little expensive and I got laughed at. The shop took two days to do the work on my bike which I had an appointment for. On the ride home from the shop I noticed my bike handles strangely. I thought it was the new tires just being new. Turns out my front tire was mounted backwards. after getting them to fix this mistake and losing two hours of my Saturday I noticed that they hadn't bothered to bolt back down my gas tank. Good group of people. nice atmosphere and great place to meet up on their chili dog socials. I like their mechanical work but I think they might need to pay attention to details. I am going to give them another chance since I got a free oil change from their mistake with the tire. That said I would give them a shot.

They torqued them and was told and put on job order leak stopped. Drove it home and had leak. Took to another mechanic and they identified a crack I believe he said in the gear and also found another leak. Now I get to pay to have fluids changed when the repairs are done. Horrible service. First impression was horrible and should of never left my bike there. Not recommended at all

I stopped in to get my fluids checked and to get an oil change just to clear my mind for an upcoming road trip and what I was met with was the warmest group of guys imaginable. The oil change I received was on par with my expectations, but the service kinda blew me away. I found myself in a deep conversation about life with the assistant Wood (owner and also veteranhad in the shop that day and since it was hot Wood offered me a bottle of water. When I asked him later how much he declined to make money because he said it was too hot outside for me not to drink it..... wait what? You mean to tell me that I came in for a simple service and you not only did not try to upsell me or gouge me on the price of the change, but you gave me free water?... Where have you been all my life? He suggested a few mods to my bike from admiration and not from (where is my next dollar coming from) this right here is how you keep a customer. I will be back for some bike mods in the near future. This guy is the truth. I would say this is the mom & pop shop you have been looking for for that tailored customer service experience.

Safety is really important to Pat and he will make sure your bike is safe to ride. Had a little hiccup when I got the bike home but Pat immediately took ownership and resolved the issue and while he had the bike he even drained the primary and adjusted the clutch at no extra charge. Pat also solved an electrical issue with a turn signal that other shops had said they fixed.

Main Street in Suffolk, VA, and I especially want to recognize Service Representative Baconta Buffalow for going above and beyond. After noticing my driver's side rear tire was low, I filled it and discovered a nail embedded in it. On top of that, my front driver's side tire had an inoperative TPMS sensor. I had an important appointment about 40 minutes away and very little time to spare after work. I stopped by RNR Tire Express hoping they might be able to help on extremely short notice. Not only did they assist me--they exceeded every expectation. Mr. Buffalow listened to my situation, understood the urgency, and immediately coordinated with the technicians to take care of my vehicle. While inspecting my tires, they also discovered internal damage in the tire with the faulty sensor that would have caused a dangerous failure if left unaddressed. Thanks to their thoroughness, they likely prevented a much bigger problem. Despite the last-minute request, they completed all the needed work quickly and professionally.
