Service by Cynthia was terrible on May 6, 2026. No greeting and a "THANK YOU" was NOT said. She lacks customer service. I did my returns and I also purchased an item. Nothing said after the two transactions I did with her. She needs to go back to training and learn to communicate with customers. Went back to the store a third time for a receipt that Cynthia never gave me. So Olivia was there to help me and she gave me excellent five stars customer service . Olivia is polite and super nice. The benefit of a physical location is being able to feel the fabric of different items without having to order, return, etc. A lot of Carters items shrink for me unless you air dry, which takes forever. The PurelySoft collection is the best because it's stretchy and does not shrink! This location is only okay because, to be honest, they always seem annoyed when you ask questions. Second, they always follow you around like you're going to steal something. It makes for an uncomfortable shopping experience. read more

Paulette is so lovely! Often when I come my daughter is crying but she's never once made me feel embarrassed. She's always so nice and accommodating! So sad to hear she will be moving to another store soon but so thankful she always greets us with a smile and looks up things for us if we have questions. She goes above and beyond and is so kind. One of the few stores I have been to during this pandemic. And this location is doing a great job IMHO. The plus + Foot/stroller accessible door switch!! Yes!! Every single store needs to have this hands free option. + Free Curbside pickup for online orders. + Staff is diligent with mask wearing and cleaning the store. In fact one member was moping the floor while I was there. + Plexiglass covered checkout counter. I was here a couple of times for returns and pickup. But I couldn't resist taking a quick peek at the sales and clearance. I did end up getting a ton of clothes. They were too cute and a good deal to pass! :) All in all a great Carter's location! read more

Wow! Just went in this morning with no mask on and noticed all customers who came in with a mask were said "hello, welcome" but those who didn't did not receive that greeting. Very cold at check out and never said thank you. Please...just stop with the judgment. read more

I needed preemie baby clothes last minute for my friend's new, precious daughter. After coming up short at Target and Walmart, I checked this Carter's store and was ecstatic at the selection that they had available in preemie sizes! I got more than enough and it was all ridiculously adorable. After a whirlwind of an unexpected labor and delivery, my friend was incredibly grateful and relieved to have clothes in time for her daughter's arrival. They have a good selection of clothes in the store, and the staff is really friendly. I also think that the clothes are a great value. The last time I went to the store I placed an order for an item that wasn't in the store. They cancelled the order without contacting me because it was actually out of stock. They told me they hadn't charged me but they actually did charge me and had refunded it. I spent another 20 minutes on the phone with corporate sorting it out, which was also a mess. I was excited a Carter's opened up here! I went in looking for snow clothes for my daughter and when I asked an older lady that was working there, she scoffed and laughed at me saying they don't carry that stuff. I know Carter's makes snowsuits and such and if you don't carry that in your specific store, fine..., but her attitude was uncalled for. Other staff was ok. Went here with my newborn to find some cute fall/Halloween outfits. To my surprise there wasn't anything Halloween for NB and what was available in her size were onesies. I've gotten so much cute stuff at Target in her size that I was shocked that a store that specializes in children's clothing didn't have any good options. I will say it was convenient to use their changing/feeding room while we were there. I will go back when she's a toddler. read more

Great baby deals and now a new location closer to home! Basics, bodysuits.. even toys! Sales are frequent and sign up for their rewards program for extra discounts and returns forever. I think it's great that there are stores for baby clothing. This location is a little small and prices are ok. Babies grow out of clothing so fast that it still feels pricey. They do have good deals and coupons. I buy carters online from Macy's and they beat prices from carters store. Clothing tends to shrink and run small. My baby is 7 and a half months and already outgrowing the 12 m pajamas. Sizing varies which is annoying. read more

Went here to look for a few outfits for my daughter. Im having my first child soon and wanted to get some cute outfits outside of things on my registry. The staff was really helpful and they answered all my questions while also grabbing sizes from the back since they were out on the floor. They were super busy since it was their half yearly sale, but they continued to check in and would offer to hold items for me at the register while I continued to look. Great staff.
