I feel like their quality has gone down ever so slightly over the years but it still lasts us quite a while so I can't complain too much. They have a decently large selection and they keep a good range of sizes, i can usually always find the size I'm looking for here. Highly recommend this location if you're in the area.

It looks like some improvements have been made recently and there's still construction going on in one of the areas. While walking to the store that I needed I walked past See's candy. She asked to look in the dressing room, and the door was locked, and the workers, including the manager, were very rude and unhelpful and said they couldn't help her and they saw nothing. She came to the front of the store to grab me, and I went in, and the manager wouldn't give her name or help us and said, "Oh well," basically, and they couldn't help my daughter. I told my daughter I'm pretty sure the manager and worker took her stuff because she got defensive and went and hid in the backroom and didn't come out to resolve or help with anything. We filed a mall incident report and a police report... we are now waiting for the police... I've tried to contact Corporate Hollister 3 times and still no call back, and my daughter just lost out on her birthday clothes that she bought...they just basically vanished into thin air. The manager girl is so sketchy, and I hope that girl gets caught and never gets to work there again because she wasn't helpful at all and just seemed very guilty.
