I'm willing to pay more since it seems that most children's clothes either make the little girls look like mini street walkers, and the boys look like thugs in training. Gymboree has, IMO, appropriate clothing. This store is always kind of a mess, and while some of the employees are very friendly, most are not. They just sort of stand behind the counter looking apathetic.

Customers are trying to browse and shop and your kid is being bumped or it looks like they are in the way when they are just sitting where kids are allowed. The staff is nice and the clothes are good quality. My kid is a Gymboree kid! :)

This lady was beyond angry and rude for absolutely no reason. I gave her the clip back, and she grabs it out of my hand and screams at me to get out. Honestly, there aren't a ton of great shopping options compared to other malls in San Diego. The main stores I usually stop by are Old Navy, H&M, Windsor, and Macy's. The food court isn't bad either and has a decent amount of options if you want to grab something quick while you're here. Overall, it's convenient if you're already in the Escondido area or need to stop by a specific store, but it's definitely not a mall I would go out of my way to visit just for shopping. I think it could use a few more popular stores to make it more of a shopping destination.
