Pushing my son in his stroller and having to stop to pick up and push boxes to the side is not except able! Someone could get seriously hurt over here. Hangers left on the floor. I actually couldn't get into a few aisles because there were huge metal racks covering the aisle! Along with messy items stacked up and placed in boxes.... that were half a inch ready to fall over you! Not only this but do not expect anyone to ask you if you need help.. even if they are right in front of you has you pick up their mess to get through! I heard two other people complaining has well! Don't they see people can't walk through the aisles!! I think they see and don't care! The staff has I remember are always rude here! They girls look tired and miserable.... never smile or help you. I asked the cashier why the store was so messy and she said "oh that's cause it's this time of the year when we are". Sorry! no excuse! Plenty of stores to choose from clothes to high-tech products, and of course food. A restaurant called 110 Grill is open and the Village Restaurant Pancake Factory (owned also in Pleasant Valley). Many stores come and go over time, which makes it difficult to find what's needed and for enjoyment. The anchor stores hold a shine to this day except for JCPenney and Sears which closed, bringing some less traffic. New stores have opened recently involving a lot of entertainment activities for kids and young adults, such as the Space Adventure Mini Golf course featuring arcades. With more openings happening, I see the Galleria still being a busy mall in the next several years or so, but the vibe has changed so much compared to the mid-late 20th century.

Your wellness is what covers you for being late but they barely give good hours so you won't be able to make that. They don't even have a current manager. You'll come into work to no one doing there job and you have to pick up the slack. The stores always dirty. You can leave a drink there and it will be there for days. I've seen this with my own eyes. The new "manager" cat is extremely unprofessional always talking about "her man", "her man" literally like that, mind you she looks 50 with a horrible body all together... Why are you more worried about your man then closing the store. She stated something about her having herpes. Like this store is a train wreck!!! The HR christen doesn't responded to emails even though they beg you to call hr if anything is wrong. She doesn't answer her phone or emails when it comes to regular employees but let a manager say something about you she answers. I'm still waiting on a response from may-June. I don't know if the staff can tell the difference between the subtle signs of craftsmanship, Milanese button holes, no taping on the seams of an unconstructed men's jacket, and a schlock job. There are not too many high-end retailers around anymore. Wallach's and Barneys come to mind. There is a lot of high-end, well tailored merchandise. But I didn't see a tailor on site if alterations are needed. Long long ago, in the neighborhood far, far away. I worked at John Wanamaker's in the men's suit department; on commission and salary.
