I've been on many trips to home goods and mostly everytime I find something awesome, that makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside. Lol, I love how every season your able find certain home decor for every part of your room from being inspired to throw a festive party or gathering to finding a conversation piece. Lately I've been buying a lot of rae.dunn items, I do wish there was a big amount of her items but in this location it's limited but in any case I'll still be in there for at least an hour. I also like that this location because its definitely bigger than the one in middletown or poughkeepsie (the bigger the homegoods the more excited I get).

First time to the new HomeGoods/TJMAXX combo store and one of the first gift-shopping trips, post-COVID. I really had high hopes since I've been a huge fan of homeGoods for years. WHAT CAN I SAY? The store was clearly designed pre-Covid: narrow isles and confusing arrows that send you in circles. Absolutely no social distancing by customers. What world have they been in for the last seven months? On the plus side, they had you enter through home goods and exit through TJ Maxx. No shopping carts are allowed to leave the store so they have a value of sorts who will watch your carriage until you pull your car around. Idea for TIPS FOR THE MANAGEMENT: Picture Frame aisle was a disaster. Placing delicate photo frames on a glass shelf is asking for trouble. I suggest you put a nonslip mat. Management: when you take somebody's shopping cart with $300 worth of merchandise to "hold it" give them a claim ticket. The young man who took my cart and assisted me in loading my purchase into my vehicle was absolutely charming and professional. Five stars for finding unique items at reasonable prices. Five stars for cleanliness. Two stars for the HORRIBLE LAYOUT (post Covid). 1 star for the $12 worth of chocolate bars that were stored improperly and "bloomed" making them completely inedible. Will I return? Yes, but not during holiday shopping.

STAFFING is really lacking; the line was looooooooong. This is not the fault of local management. More likely a corporate management decision or strategy. Retail is a catch 22- long lines and higher prices drive people online to shop which results in a ghost town vibe in the store which leads to more online shopping. SUGGESTION TO HOBBY LOBBY: Host in store craft events and "kids craft camps" to rebuild your base.

I love to up my decorating game from Fall to the Christmas holidays and purchase faux Fall leaves, stems to Norfolk pine garlands to decorate my home. Faux greenery aside, Hobby L. also has a Craft dep't, Fabric+Sewing, Baking supplies, Art items, candle holders, beads and more- which makes it a nice starting place to get some inspiration and tweak what you purchase with your own add-on flair. Since Hobby L. only carries faux greenery, I personally love adding real stems and flowers I purchase from a few florist shops to break down that artificial feel. Even if you're not into buying artificial anything, Hobby L. is a must-visit any time of the year for any of your crafts. Prices are fantastic. But the other big take-away for me is these folks carry more craft items and have more variety than Michael's & JOANN. No offense.

Chelsea has helped me with three rooms so far and I couldn't be happier! She is professional, attentive and truly brought my vision to life. Chelsea spent about an hour on the phone with me before the design process even started, so she could fully understand my lifestyle and vision. She even asked where I like to go clothes shopping, which to me is such an important question! In addition, Chelsea answered any questions in a promptly manner and she stayed within my budget! I cannot recommend her enough to my family and friends, and I can't wait to have Chelsea design my next space!

Chelsea helped me achieve the vision that I was struggling to put together. Based on pictures I shared with her she was able to help me narrow down my choices. Chelsea really listens to you. She worked within the budget I had. I really like that I was able to purchase items myself. She organizes everything for you on the Houzz app and it was so easy to use. She is extremely responsive and answered every single question I had in a timely manner. I am so pleased with how my condo turned out. She helped me to pick out pieces for my living room, dining room and kitchen- all done remotely!! I would highly recommend working with Chelsea . I can't wait to hire her for future projects.

I have had this for over 10 years and have been able to find only one other kind of furniture that even compares , which is some of the Danish teak. The drawers are full extension and get a lot of use and still are like new. You could open them with your pinky finger. I went to West Elm store just to satisfy myself that it would be worth a purchase and even though the items are pretty, they cannot come close to the quality of this Amish made furniture - not even a little close, so now I do not feel bad that Im not getting any of it.

We were looking for higher quality furniture and preferred to shop locally, and after checking another locally owned store, along with a chain store, we went to Millspaugh based on a few recommendations. The store is well arranged and spacious, but not overwhelming, making it easy to shop. Overall, we had a great experience. Because I was not overwhelmed with different models and manufacturers, each with their own fabrics, it was easier to try the few sectionals to decide which fit our budget and comfort level. If you want to have 20 options to choose from, this is not the store for you. We found a style that we liked based on comfort/and appearance, and worked to customize the pieces exactly the way we wanted. We did have a variety of fabrics to choose from, and the fabric that we liked on our initial visit to the store could not be found again on our follow up visit. We felt confident picking a different fabric. The salespeople are not at all pushy, and were helpful during the entire process. The owner greeted us the first time we visited the store and we browsed until someone came over to help us. They show you a sample construction of the frame and explain how the frames are manufactured, which is important and is a determining factor in the price. Overall, we had a really positive shopping and delivery experience, and although we spent more than planned based on the couch and fabric we chose, we considered it an investment and were really pleased when the sectional arrived. They estimated 10 to 12 weeks for delivery and we had it in about 8 weeks. They called a week ahead to schedule the delivery, and although the delivery people showed up about a half an hour ahead of schedule on the actual day, the entire delivery process was great as well. We were very happy with our total experience and decided to add a protection plan since we have a 6 year old. We don't anticipate having to replace the sectional any time in the next 15 years and feel confident that we bought a quality piece that will last.
