Got a Box that smelled like excrement. Really bad, so cut it up and threw out as soon as possible. Comforter smells too, not wrapped in plastic. SHIPPED from INDIA! Went to warehouse in North Carolina, then Ohio, then here via UPS. I kid you not, it absolutely REEKS. The striped pattern is faded, not the vivid color online. Go to the store and shop. Not there or unavailable, you are better off. You can inspect what you're getting. This comforter is going straight to an outside laundromat, no way I'm putting it in our washing machine. EXCREMENT! Found some dried on outside bottom of the box, this is awful. AVOID any description that states, "Imported." There's your clue that they don't even carry it here in the US.

It has been my go-to store for clothing for close to three decades but now I can't shop there anymore because they don't carry clothing in my size. Yet the petite section remains. There's a word for that...what is it...oh yes-discrimination. Macy's is openly discriminating against women in larger bodies. And their Backstage section is low quality, which is where I've been directed to shop, as well as online. But online shopping isn't the same. I'd describe it as a blend of Banana Republic, Express, and Jcrew, with many unique options. I bought a few items on Black Friday weekend, and saved quite a bit. Definitely going to stop in again! The staff was friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Atmosphere was lively, playing good music, while having nice displays and plenty of mirrors. Last, and most importantly, the clothes are great quality, and their fits generally run small. I wear a 42 size jacket, but the slimming cuts forced me to go a size up. Most of the styles are slimming, which is always nice. FYI, this is right near DSW in the mall. Very happy overall.

Went into this store today and yesterday.... and it was a complete disaster both days! Every…read moresingle aisle had boxes that you... yourself had to move just to get by!! Are you kidding me??!! Pushing my son in his stroller and having to stop to pick up and push boxes to the side is not except able! Someone could get seriously hurt over here. Hangers left on the floor. I actually couldn't get into a few aisles because there were huge metal racks covering the aisle! Along with messy items stacked up and placed in boxes.... that were half a inch ready to fall over you! Not only this but do not expect anyone to ask you if you need help.. even if they are right in front of you has you pick up their mess to get through! I heard two other people complaining has well! Don't they see people can't walk through the aisles!! I think they see and don't care! The staff has I remember are always rude here! They girls look tired and miserable.... never smile or help you. I asked the cashier why the store was so messy and she said "oh that's cause it's this time of the year when we are". Sorry! no excuse! The manager better step up here and fix what's going on because now the store left a bitter taste in my mouth. I will not return any day soon unless it is cleaned up!
