Of course, sales and discounts will help significantly, and there is a decent amount to choose from the racks. During the weekday, it can be a challenge to find assistance compared to the weekends, typical in the retail world of course. All of the departments here are kept up stock-wise, but recovering could definitely be an improvement. No issues at this Macy's.

The staff was friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Atmosphere was lively, playing good music, while having nice displays and plenty of mirrors. Last, and most importantly, the clothes are great quality, and their fits generally run small. I wear a 42 size jacket, but the slimming cuts forced me to go a size up. Went into this store today and yesterday.... and it was a complete disaster both days! Every…read moresingle aisle had boxes that you... yourself had to move just to get by!! Are you kidding me??!! Pushing my son in his stroller and having to stop to pick up and push boxes to the side is not except able! Someone could get seriously hurt over here. Hangers left on the floor. I actually couldn't get into a few aisles because there were huge metal racks covering the aisle! Along with messy items stacked up and placed in boxes.... that were half a inch ready to fall over you! Not only this but do not expect anyone to ask you if you need help.. even if they are right in front of you has you pick up their mess to get through! I heard two other people complaining has well! Don't they see people can't walk through the aisles!! I think they see and don't care! The staff has I remember are always rude here! They girls look tired and miserable.... never smile or help you. I asked the cashier why the store was so messy and she said "oh that's cause it's this time of the year when we are". Sorry! no excuse! The manager better step up here and fix what's going on because now the store left a bitter taste in my mouth. I will not return any day soon unless it is cleaned up!
