If you ask a question, their answers are abrupt with no follow up. I've asked for assistance with selecting the proper yarn weight and learned to look it up rather than ask. It just isn't a pleasant place to be. If you need yarn, go but if you're traveling don't bother. Order from an online store. It's what I've started to do.

As soon as I saw her work I knew she would be the perfect professional to work with. Jennifer and I met and discussed my vision and she presented hers. Hers was SOOO much better than mine and I knew that she would design something different and wonderful. I was confident that Jennifer would design something that I would love and she did!!! I love my new wedding band and couldn't have found a better person to work with. Not only is Jennifer so very talented she has been wonderful to work with. She has the ability to visually show you her creation before the actual work is done. For me that was incredibly helpful as my visual skills are not the best!! I was so excited about her design on my new wedding band we decided to replace my diamond in my engagement ring with a new larger one. Then again, for the most part, and in most departments, it was clean, organized and the price signs were well placed and accurate. Selection was a bit out of the ordinary which was a refresh from other locations of this store. They also carry Under Armour now which is also an addition to the already largely vast variety of brands Kohl's offers. Checkout was a breeze and Wan, one of the cashiers, was extremely friendly and helpful. 4 stars for the Northborough Kohl's.
