We pretty much live at carters they do have a large selection of clothes for babies and kids. The value works for us we often have rewards points that knock down the price. Staff here is always polite and friendly never have any issues. read more

Carter's Babies & Kids - One of their outfits - Children's Clothing Near Me - Gilroy, California

Noelle's Yelp Notebook 2015 Carters is great for babies- onesies, blankets and all the essentials. Now that my little guy is a toddler, I only come here for pajamas because they don't sell them at the Polo Ralph Lauren's factory store nearby. The great thing about Carters are their sales and the coupons you can find online. Today, I made a bee line towards the back wall and picked up quite a few adorable pajamas and a great cost. They have pajamas on the back wall for sizes 2 months all the way up to 4T and larger. The selection for boys clothes and pajamas is huge! If you're looking for a gift for a boy or girl or just shopping for your kiddos this is good store with great prices. Customer service is hit or miss! read more

i'm been shop here, a custom so so bad, the lady her name is Michael she is so mean to me when i'm check out, i will never com back this shop again read more

Not impressed at all, I can get the same prices online. Even at the clearance section the prices weren't anything to be impressed for. I think this is the reason many stores are closing, buying online saves you money, gasoline & time. read more

Cute clothes at great prices! Best of all? Carter's clothes are durable. Anyone with a baby knows that baby clothes is constantly getting soiled. I love the fact that the colors stay true and the fabric stands up to multiple washings. The store is always well stocked with the current season's items. The selection of girl clothes is cuter than the boys stuff- but then again- it always is! My favorite thing to pick up are the one piece suits that snap between the legs for easy access for when the little one drops a load. read more

Came to get some discount Carters. Sadly, most stuff was only 25% off; I can get that kind of sale locally, without driving all the way to Gilroy. However, the clearance section was awesome. Most prices rang up even cheaper than the price on the tag. 2.99 for onesies? Yes please! Super cute clothes, but the cutest stuff wasn't on sale. I wouldn't go out of my way to shop there but if I were in the area, it's worth stopping by. Staff wasn't helpful but also weren't rude, they just seemed completely bored and not interested. read more

Before my LO came into existence, Carter's, OshKosh, Children's Place, and Gymboree were all the same to me. Absolutely equal on all levels. They were just a place at the outlets to get cheap baby clothes. My, how things and perceptions have changed dramatically. After several shopping excursions to various outlets as well as to Target since they carry Carters too, it has come to our attention that Carter's clothes fit a little better, seem to last a little longer, and costs cheaper than all of the other spots. Some places might be cheaper but the quality sucks or one in particular might be better quality but at a significantly steeper price tag. Good for some, but not for all, especially me who likes to see him in nice clothes but reality is they will only wear it 5-10 times at most before it goes into the dust-free archive bags. They are always having a sale of some sort, some better than others obviously. You just have to be lucky. With this economy, you would think it would be more crowded but not so much these days it seems. Maybe we just pick good days to go or something. With Carter's at Target, that might take away from the need to go to the outlet itself. With Gilroy Outlets, it's one of the necessary stops when heading to SF to visit family. Might as well stock up on some bigger sized clothes for the seasons to follow. read more

Love shopping here for my nephews the customer service is awesome the place is clean and organize staff is very friendly!

Enjoy shopping here. The staff is always friendly and I like that they have everything clean and organized.

I tend to think that while outlet stores can sometimes be a bargain, often you are better off just going to a store with lower retail prices to begin with if you are looking for a deal. When my aunt sent my cousin and I out to buy a baby gift I told her why don't we just go to Target? I was wrong!! We went to Carters and I ended up buying stuff too! It was not too pricey to begin with and it seemed like everything was 50% off. I bought the cutest paw print robe I want to have a baby now so he or she can wear it. read more

I think Carter's carries the cuties baby pjs! This store has a huge selection of stuff. Ended walking in for pjs and walked out spending $300. The employees are very helpful in searching for the sizes you need as well. read more

I sent this email to Carter Main Offices but I thought it was good information to share with everyone else: This past Friday (10/8/2010) my mother, sister and I along with my two toddler daughters went the your Carter's Store to buy 6 birthday presents and a Halloween Costume. While in the store my older daughter (who is turning 3 years old this week) announced that she needed to go to the bathroom. My sister went rushing to the bathroom with her when she was rudely stopped by a store employee "Leticia" who loudly said "And where do you think you're going!!!??". My sister stunned said "I'm taking my niece to the restroom". Leticia responded rudely again "the restroom is for employees only daughter was standing right next to the bathroom door. Literally push the door open and she was in!! Well after the "standoff" with Leticia my sister went rushing out the store with my daughter in search of another bathroom. Sadly my daughter didn't make it...she had an accident and ended up peeing all over her clothes. Luckily I had a change of clothes for her in the car but needless to say our shopping day was over. My daughter was upset over seeing her urine all over the floor and people seeing her walking dripping pee all way to the bathroom. Plus my adult sister was too upset to go back into the Carter's store to deal with "Leticia's" rudeness again. Also after my sister went rushing out of the store I saw another women with her baby (looked 1 year old baby boy) going into the back of the store (where the bathrooms are located)...I did ask "Leticia" with a stern tone..."why are you letting her use the restroom and not my daughter??" Rudely Leticia responded that the women was an employee getting her work schedule. Regardless...I saw a women with a baby going into the back of the store where the bathrooms are. How is that?? A children's store that doesn't allow "CHILDREN" to use their bathroom. This is wrong. At minimum children need to be allowed to use the restroom and moms allowed to changed baby diapers. What can be done to change this policy to make the store a more family friendly place?? I shop Carters regularly but this changes everything for me. This is a bit much for me. My girls can't use the bathroom and I have to deal with rude Carter's employees?? read more

yvonne c. and i hit this place up and we hit it hard. my new nephew is going to be rockin' the CUTEST clothes. out of all of the children's wear places at the outlets, carter's has the best selection and best prices. there wasn't anything that was overly dorky (hello, plaid pants a la vince vaughn in 'wedding crashers' never look good on anyone least of all babies) or overly pastel. if you go now, they have another little spot set up a few shops down from the gap outlet for all of their overflow stock where everything is $3.99 and under. i will definitely be hitting this place up for more clothes for him. read more

You can always find some good deals on the clearance section (which I can find on our local store anyways), so for me, it was not worth it the drive to get the same deals we can get online or at the local store. They always offer free shipping and discounts online anyways so, save your time and gas. read more

Love them!!! I was able to get a whole wardrobe of outfits for our little one for 100$ 0-12 months. They have amazing sales and on top of that another 20% off coupons and any other coupons. I have nothing but carters clothes for our baby. The quality of the clothes are also very good. The store is pretty organized, I just wish that they would spread out the sale rack in the back a little, its kinda hard to look through the clothes there. read more
