I got seen by the nurse for the physical only took 10 minutes after that I went to the donors floor to donate, and it only took me 38 minutes to donate in. All customer service was good. There was no long lines the tech was nice. The service was very quick for my time of being there. I'm in and out in an hour or less, which is great because other centers have taken double that time. (And I'm the lowest weight group so I donate the least ml so double that time is quite ridiculous.) I've never had a bad experience here with the donation process or the staff. They do their best to make small talk with you and I have never felt judged or looked down on for donating. As long as you keep your health top notch they won't defer you. I truly enjoy this place and am saddened that I'm going to have to leave it in the fall when I move, because I know the donation center where I'm going doesn't come close to this one.
