The phlebotomist's they normally have on staff are very nice and friendly as well. My favorites are Ashley, Analy, Katherine, Taneisha, Ed, Kim, There are a lot of others I can name,and they all work with high energy with a smile. I have been going to the location on Jacksboro Hwy for nearly a year and they have had their ups…read moreand downs. They were understaffed for a while and new donors would swamp the express line and cause the flow of people getting in there to halt. Waiting times were 3+ hrs. They have recently hired and have been training new staff and the line issue has been ultimately resolved. Good place, but they need to put more people at the screening desk.

I was not called to a donor bed and was treated like a common thief when I questioned them of the e.t.a. of my deposit after my donation that day. I was highly racially discriminated against and am in the process of filing charges.
