I guess I still don't know what I'm being charged for certain things like withdrawing cash at ATM cashback at a terminal. I made $50 today donated. It took two hours out of my day. I had to lay on a cot in a cold room and try and stay awake then I'm issued the $50 payment relatively quickly so yay for that however it was critical that I withdraw $50 today and there is no way that I know to do it. I am required by PLASMA by choosing this fence with card to give twist at least two dollars of every payment I make and I find that to be ridiculous. I'm sitting there trying to figure out how to pull this off at a terminal with a 7-Eleven employee who's looking at me sideways with an audience of 10 people watching me try and figure shit out on my phone. I walk away and I've given them three dollars of my hard earned money and what are these corporate morons doing? Nothing. They didn't wait. They didn't get a needle as size of a horse needle stuck in their arm. They didn't have to lay in a cold room and donate but they sure play a lot of cute games on how to get your money. Declined? Balance inquiry? The card charges you. Squint at the card in the sun and it charges you. Wanna withdraw your money at ATM doesn't matter if it's an approved ATM by FINTWIST they still charge you. When I've called customer service I get to listen to them tell me good news!! There's so many ways that you can make your money portable to our card. , but do they offer that portability from their shit card to my cards no, of course not . Can I use their card with Apples wallet? Of course not. I gotta play find the ATM that only dispenses in 20s I need tens can I get that from your ATM? No I can't. How do I get that 10 I gotta go figure out how to fucking do mental math gymnastics to get my money out fuck you I don't know what their fees are for anything. The new fee schedule? I never got one never been able to sign into FINTWIST. They do not line item you're expenditures on the KEDplasma site just round numbers of what you spent. I don't care or like the fact that KedPLASMA has made it so that I am required to pay some fat corporate moron money to get my own money so you can say whatever you want about how much you enjoy and love love your donors but the proof is in the pudding. Someone a kid PLASMA probably thought hey I'm gonna do the Company big salad. I found this shitty company that will take money from our donors and we get kickbacks or whatever they whatever deal they sign. I hate this card. And other donors if you don't hate it too then you don't know any better KEDplasma this is a really cheap decision on your part. I know what the profit margin can be on PLASMA. To which you pay out a fraction to the actual people who make your business possible and then you go and choose a company that thinks they've earned up to 10% or more of your money to play money games with to claw back some pennies that is unless you just hate your donors and you pick a payment card company that best reflectes your hate. Get rid of this card get rid of this company. They are bad for donors and trust me. I'm gonna make sure that everyone knows how cheap this is because none of the other PLASMA companies had a payment card even approaching this one in terms of cheap bad. Have a great day!

The rade department has lost 11 employees within a couple of years that I was working their due to management lack of communication, retaliation against staff is unbelievable. Few employees from the Rade department have gone to HR concerning issues with the management and yet nothing has been done. None of the management's in the Rade they don't follow the SOP Guidelines as they should. If anyone confront them about any issues that they they will retaliate against by failing you quality (monthly evaluation) claiming that your not able to perform your job. The Rade manager doesn't have her employees back. It seems that honestly does not exist in that department. Do your research and know what your getting yourself into.

I like this spot. It is large, clean, and parking is plentiful. The people are friendly and my appointments are timely. If I ever have to wait, it is not long. I see a lot of the same people here and can grab some butter butters after I am done. (Seriously I just do it for the cookies). When I originally called to ask some general questions about what exactly a doula does, she was kind, patient, and so freaking educated about the process of childbirth. We were offered a tour of Baylor hospital (virtual due to COVID), newborn classes, and tons of educational resources after booking with NDDA. What stood out to me most was the fact that the all female team there just made you feel like you were so seen, every step of the way. As a Black woman, childbirth can be an extremely scary experience, just look up the statistics of mistreatment in the healthcare space for minorities. Melissa and team advocated for my husband and I. I wanted to honor my placenta because it's such an incredible and powerful organ, and I'm obsessed with the art prints. They're both framed and are hanging up in my daughters' room. I've worked with Meredith L. and Madison Prez for the placenta encapsulation. They were both very easy to contact and responded promptly over text. I worked with Madison most recently, and she picked up the placenta and quickly processed it and delivered it to my home. I got placenta pills, a tincture, the keepsake cord, and the art print. I love the packaging and branding too- very alice in wonderland. I highly recommend this service and would work with Madison again. The art print she made was stunning!

The receptionist was cheerful and very polite, and I enjoyed the check-in process. This appointment, I was with NP Graham. What I like most about her is that she's very personable, listens, and hears what is being shared. I'm always happy to see her or Dr. Roopa. The checkout process was just as fulfilling as the check-in, and the gentleman was more than a pleasure to chat with as I was putting a close to my appointment. I applaud them for the improvements, and that's the type of care I always hope for.

Amanda made everything about herself, and I had to sit there and listen to her tell me about her own journey over and over at each visit. She constantly talked over me, one-upped me, and continued to make every appointment about herself to the point my husband said something to me about it when I didn't even bring it up to him...he never notices anything, so I was shocked. I never felt heard, and though I have no doubt she knew what she was doing, Dr. Roopa listens and says that I know my body, and would adjust accordingly and it always worked. Amanda would always tell me what worked for her, and didn't listen when I told her I knew my own body, and her methods for herself were not working for me, even though I tried them. She did give good advice, but it wasn't advice I needed at the visits. I haven't had issues with the front office staff or the nurses/techs. My BIGGEST complaint besides Amanda, is the fact I cannot see Dr. Roopa every visit. I hate going back and forth between her and the medical assistant. I have no issue with the current MA I see, but I don't like not seeing the same doctor every time. When I explained this to the front, they told me it isn't possible to see only Dr. Roopa. I've never had a practice like that before, and I already have medical anxiety as it is. and seeing different people triggers it badly. I explained this to the front and they wouldn't accommodate me. If Dr. Roopa weren't so amazing, I would've changed practices a long time ago. 3 stars because I'm so torn...
