Several calls later and I'm still getting the runaround of "it will take 24-48 hrs for this to processes" only to call back and have to start from scratch because what I was promised would happen on the previous call did not. It's just not worth the time and hassle when there are other companies that do it right from start to finish.

When I discovered the charge, I contacted the clinic and spoke with Karissa, who confirmed the app should be free. She even checked with the Area Director, who also verified that I should not have been charged for the app. My physical therapist Mina also confirmed the same. Despite these assurances, the charge was never removed. I contacted their patient advocate multiple times--at least 10 calls--and spoke with their manager, Ann, on July 9. She promised to follow up within 3 to 5 business days, but I never heard back. Please note that I was charged for remote assistance on Sunday, June 8 - even though the clinic was closed that day. I had just installed the app but never used it. This charge is not only unjustified--it feels fraudulent. ATI has yet to take any action to correct the error. I ultimately decided to pay the bill and write this review to share my experience. I strongly urge others to review their bills carefully and follow up persistently if anything seems incorrect.

I had a situation with vertigo come up and they handled me with care, explained what was happening and made sure I was 100% before they walked away. The PTs there are funny and easy to be around. Shout-outs to Virali, Allison, and Anevay - they listened to me, explained things, and made being there a great experience. And on top of that, have greatly decreased, my pain, and working on my vertigo. If you have to have physical therapy - this is the place.

Based on all information in my records, ATI agreed to reduce the charges to $50 per visit at the Denton location, for a total of $450. The $50 per visit is what I should have paid as per my insurance co-pay. My tenacity and the recognition by ATI corporate that there may have been issues and confusion in how my case was handled, saved me $657. I'm very happy with this outcome and eager to settle this issue with ATI.
