I'm beyond disappointed with Precision Orthopedic and Sports Medicine. My son had a scheduled…read moreshoulder injury appointment with Dr Robert Bayless -- we arrived early, filled out all paperwork, and then sat for over 90 minutes with no update, no apology, and no sense of urgency. When I asked the front desk if they would accept a patient who was 45 minutes late, they said they don't even allow someone who's 15 minutes late. Yet somehow, it's fine for them to make us wait endlessly. That's not just inconsiderate -- it's disrespectful. I understand that some patients take longer than expected, but this level of delay and poor communication shows zero respect for the people waiting. Doctors expect patients to value their time, but clearly don't value ours. Completely unprofessional. Precision needs to do much better.

When I initially learned I needed surgery I looked for a Christian doctor with the best credentials to treat my ankle injury and that is how I arrived at Precison Orthopedics & Sports Medicine. I was in a pretty rough situation and I can not thank Jennifer Yowman enough for your kindness and tenacity to help me every step of the way ... for 6.5 MONTHS! until I was finally allowed to go to TX and get the care I needed. I also have to say a huge thank you to Hannah and the others who helped me along the way.

Dr John took time to explain and draw out what the issue was with my neck. Prescribed some medications and a scheduled the next visit. Came back and the medications did not help with my issue. Dr John recommended physical therapy to help. Went to PT and started the process to help with my herinated disc in my neck. Then came back to this office and see Dr John again, after explaining to him that so far the PT hasn't helped. He recommended we keep trying a few more times before we go into more drastic methods. Went back and forth between PT and back to this orthopedic office. And I felt that Dr John just kept brushing me off and would keep telling me to go back to PT. The last 3 visits to Dr John each consultation lasted less then 5mins with him saying let's keep trying PT. 5 office visits to him and 6 PT sessions and yet I'm no where getting better. And they have no problem charging you for the visit even though all he did was say the same thing again and again. In my opinion they rather have you keep coming back for office visits to get billed to the insurance company then to actually fix the issue. I would not recommend anyone to come here for orthopedic help.

I reviewed different podiatrists in my area and found good reviews about Doctor Marciano. I went in for an appointment and was so glad I did. The X-ray's showed that the first procedure was a 'mess' (my term) and after speaking with Dr Marciano, I was very reassured and confident that he was the best podiatrist to put my trust in. Yes, I had a 'redo' surgery and it was so very worth it. Dr Marciano lived up to every word he said and more. I know that he worked hard in surgery as the results were better than I expected. I recommend Dr Marciano to anybody who is looking for a podiatrist who's standards are above the norm. And I also received flowers from him and the staff. That meant a lot to me since I was having this done a second time. In the future, I will be going back to have surgery on my other foot. Sincerely, Cindy Columbia
