This nurse Elaine phoned to tell me that she couldn't schedule the appointments because she didn't know how... no I'm transferring you to someone who can or even asking for help just telling me that she couldn't schedule an appointment so I cannot get my knee repaired because she doesn't know how to schedule an appointment. The last time I had an appointment at the clinic my "doctor", Dr or Nurse Grant, literally walked out in the middle of the appointment mumbling about some thing and never even returned! We were literally in the middle of a conversation about medicine and she got up and walked out and never came back in. A nurse came in to do my check out and then my medicine was never prescribed to me that she said she would prescribed because she got up and walked out! I had Covid and pneumonia and the Jps Wataga clinic refused to see me. They told me that they did not have any appointments. I then told him that I was going to walk in and another appointment magically appeared ... The workers at this clinic do not want to work and no one is running it! It is a very, very sad excuse for a medical clinic.

There's your TMI alert. Laser hair removal is great for those with light skin and dark hair. The laser works by seeking hair follicles and the darker the hair, the easier it is to get to. The girl at the front desk made me walk through the entire clinic-- I think I saw a chiropractor or doctor doing yoga in a workout room--and was told I was going to have to do this every time. I asked the aestetician if it was true, but she said it isn't. I could just use the other entrance.*face palm* So now you know too. The aesthetician was knowledgeable and quick. And yeah, it hurt. I felt twinging in my 'pits all day afterwards, but later, as I relaxed on the sofa, the boyfriend goes "Hey! I can see a difference already!" Thanks Frank. And thank you All Care for doing the Groupon thing.

This is, without question, one of the most unprofessional and frustrating medical offices I have…read moreever encountered. The overwhelming impression is that their priority is maximizing billing rather than providing accurate, ethical patient care. Even the office setting--located in a converted old Wendy's building--reflects a lack of professionalism. I was referred by my primary care physician for a colonoscopy at a five-year interval due to my documented high risk for colon cancer, based on both a personal history of polyps and family history. This office has my medical records clearly indicating that I qualify for high-risk surveillance. Despite this, they are refusing to bill the procedure correctly. Instead of coding it as "high-risk surveillance," which my insurance has explicitly confirmed would be covered at 100%, they are insisting on labeling it as a "routine colonoscopy" and demanding $800 upfront. What is especially concerning is that they acknowledge my history of polyps, yet still refuse to use the correct billing classification. This is not a gray area--it is a clear misrepresentation of the medical necessity of the procedure. Attempts to resolve this have been met with complete dysfunction. I have been repeatedly bounced between the Billing and Scheduling departments, each refusing to take responsibility and directing me back to the other. At no point has anyone taken ownership of correcting what is clearly a billing and coding error. I have already confirmed with my insurance company that the procedure would be fully covered if billed correctly. The office's continued refusal to do so raises serious concerns about their billing practices and their commitment to ethical standards. At this point, this is no longer just an inconvenience--it is a failure to provide appropriate patient care and accurate billing. I would strongly caution others to verify coding and billing practices in advance before trusting this office with their care.

To Whom It May Concern On November 5th, I had an appointment…read morewith Dr. Patel. Normally, I do not like seeing other doctors besides Dr. Gardner, because I had a horrible experience with Sahithi Solasa, PA. I was in so much pain that I ignored my intuition and saw Dr. Patel. I suggested that I should get an X-ray first, because experience has led me to know that an insurance company will not approve an MRI unless the pain was caused by something major. Dr. Patel was like, "No, I will write the claim up to your insurance company, and they will approve the MRI. Dr. Patel wrote me a prescription for Celebrex, and after the third day of taking it, I had an allergic reaction. I called the nurse about the side effects, and I wasn't surprised that I did not get a call back, stating that the doctor was putting in another prescription for my pain and inflammation. The reason I was not surprised is that I have been with Dr. Gardner for several years, and I did not receive callbacks over my concerns. I'm not sure if it is the doctors who do not care about patient care or the nurses. After weeks of being denied an MRI and a CT scan, I ended up completing an x-ray on November 5th. My results were released on December 10th, and yesterday I was notified by Dr. Patel that my insurance had denied my MRI and CT scan, which I had already been aware of. They then informed me that the only way that the insurance would pay for an MRI was if I was on medication for 6 weeks and seeing an orthopedic. Now, if my calculations are right, from November 5th to December 22nd would make it 6 weeks and 5 days. If your staff had put in another prescription for me to take, then I would not be in this situation. I am still in pain, no medication, and no referral to the orthopedic. However, one thing is clear: you made sure to review the bills to see if I had any outstanding debts. On November 21st I tried to get information through Healow, and no one responded to my email. I hate that I had to come to this, but patient care should be the top priority and not filling your pockets. My family has a history of cancer, and I will not put my life in y'all's hands because of laziness. Therefore, I have decided to find a clinic that cares about patients' needs. I do not want to be another statistic of malpractice. Anyone reading this, please reconsider this clinic in North Richland Hills

Doctor Mark Gordon was very professional and willing to answer any questions I had. He also understood what it meant to serve and the importance of taking care of veterans. Having visited this facility a few times for VA Compensation and Pension Exams, I can readily tell…read moreyou that if you are scheduled for an exam here, get it rescheduled somewhere else. My latest exam was in March 2026 and was scheduled on a Friday at 4:30 PM. Being a government worker, I get the idea of Federal Friday, but it is sad to see it applied to someone whose livelihood depends on being given good service. The examiner, Dr. Eric Merrill, obviously is there just to deny claims. This is based off of my experience with him and other reviews on here. When I first met him, I thought maybe he was in it to help vets, but he clearly is not. My latest exam with him lasted around 5 minutes. I brought in hard copies of my evidence for him to look at and discuss, and he said he didn't want to see them. He asked me a couple of questions and said, "okay, well I am all done here." I was then shuffled off to another room where a nurse came in to take some blood pressure readings. When she came in the room, she told me, "we are all just in a hurry to get out of here." That much was obvious as she rushed my blood pressure readings and sent me on my way. Dr. Merrill denied my claim with a two-sentence explanation. He must not have reviewed my evidence, as it was not mentioned in his findings. He didn't really say much about this claim at all. I suppose this entire exam process could be summed up as "It's Friday, let's hurry up and screw this guy and get out." It is sad that people depending on honest and thorough exams get this sort of treatment. This wasn't Dr. Merrill's first cavalier dismissal of one of my claims, and it sounds like this sort of attitude is his go-to all-around. His lab coat still says "Neurosurgeon," but he needs to let go of the past and try and focus on being a good claims examiner, which is what he is now. This sort of treatment is what dissuades many veterans from seeking the compensation they deserve. This office and its handling of veterans do a disservice to this country and the veteran community.

My mother was "admitted" to Medical City North Hills on December 4, except she actually was not…read more She arrived between 5:30 and 6:00 AM with a suspected COPD flare. The triage nurse argued with her, dismissed her symptoms, claimed her oxygen reading was wrong, then tossed the pulse ox clip into her lap while stating she did not care what happened to her. That is not attitude. That is assault of a vulnerable patient. From that moment forward, nothing was handled correctly. My mother existed in the building but not in the hospital system. Not delayed. Not pending. Not processing. She simply was never admitted. And because she did not exist on paper, she did not matter to anyone responsible for her care. She received no oxygen despite struggling to breathe. She received no heparin, which is basic day one care. Her diet was entered incorrectly. Her weight was listed as 209 pounds, which has never been accurate at any point in her life. She was offered the same medications multiple times. She had no hygiene support or basic assistance. She had to unhook her own lines to use the bathroom. Her lunch tray was placed across the room where she could not reach it, and staff told her there was no one available to help. At 9 PM, after she had been given a room, the charge nurse finally opened her chart and said, "It does not look like you were actually admitted." In other words, my mother spent an entire day being medically ghosted by a hospital that claims to provide competent care. A traumatic blood draw contaminated three out of four culture bottles. A weekend doctor began mentioning PICC lines and aspiration pneumonia while Infectious Disease did not bother coming to the floor because they recognized immediately that the issue was contamination, not sepsis. She did not receive a shower, clean sheets, or a room reset until I made it clear that if no one else could care for her, I would come up and do it myself. Help appeared the moment accountability became real. This hospital used to be decent. The decline is now obvious, and the pattern is visible in their reviews. The nurses on her floor who showed compassion, brought cupcakes, and helped her salvage her birthday deserve recognition. They also deserve leadership that supports them. Kindness from a few does not excuse systemic failure. My mother is polite, soft spoken, and hesitant to advocate for herself. If this is how she was treated while her family was ready to intervene, the situation is even worse for patients with disabilities, communication barriers, or anyone too sick or frightened to fight for themselves. If you value safety, accuracy, or basic human dignity, go anywhere else. No patient should have to survive the hospital before surviving their illness.
