He spent no more…read morethan 10 min with me...and charged my insurance over $600....he did no tests, nothing...well his assistant did take my BP. He gave me 2.. 90 day scripts that I had been on for years...that was 3 months ago...I called for a refill for 90 days...last week and I still have not heard back from his front staff and he still has no sent my RX in....I finally called the staff to see what the issue was and I was told I would need to see him to get a refill, I was just there 3 months ago...no one bothers to call me when I made the request....what is it with Dr's. staff and Dr's now days. My PCP that retired was wonderful...saw me once a year gave me a years worth of my usual meds. When I called for t hi staff would get him to fill it the same day! So tired of people's work ethics these days. I'm in my 60's and have my own my own business and if I ran it like this...I would be out of business...Where doe one find a GREAT doctor these days...

Our daughter had an ear infection and the doctor made her come in 3 times to look at it. Not because it was that severe or swollen but because she just could not figure out how to actually look at my daughter's ear and diagnose. Absolutely insane and miserable for my daughter as she kept tugging on her ear to the point that it hurt her. They also misdiagnosed strep throat for a UTI leading to multiple unnecessary visits. The only reason they caught that it was strep throat was because I diagnosed it myself. Again absolutely absurd. Seems like they have no idea what they are doing and are trying to rack up as many visits as they can just to take your money. Please do not go here if you actually want to solve your child's health issues!

Instead of addressing concerns like a professional, DR. KREIG chose to be defensive and dismissive--an interesting approach for someone in the business of care. Every single visit, without fail, there was some mysterious balance due--not just a standard co-pay, but an additional charge that always seemed to appear out of thin air. Transparency clearly isn't a priority here. On top of that, this office doesn't believe in appointment reminders. No calls, no texts, no emails. My entire family has been coming here for the past three years, and we've never had an experience this bad. Debra made zero effort to listen to anything we said, cut us off repeatedly, and carried herself with a smugness that was completely inappropriate. They…read morehave been so wonderful to my husband and myself. most of the front end staff are ok too aside from a few of them are pretty rude, but I'm able to get past that because I've always loved Dr Kirby. Well about a month ago I tried to make an appointment and I was told very rudely that she is no longer with the practice, when I asked where she went they rudely told me that she is just no longer with the practice. Later on my husband had to call for his DOT certification and wanted to speak with Dr Kirby's nurse. The front end staff refused to transfer him, and when he asked when he could speak with her, they hung up on him. this truly makes me sad but like her I must move on and find myself a new doctor. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. You really need to have a better front end because first impressions are everything! DR KIRBY!! You are so missed by many patients and as for me, I hope all is well with you.
