The customer service was really horrible and the lady at the front counter shouldn't be working there saying inappropriate slurs to me and was so bad I just left. I would not recommend going to this place because they will hurt you or worse... give you scars or blow out your veins because no one has the proper training.

The phlebotomist's they normally have on staff are very nice and friendly as well. Sadly some moms are not able to produce their own breastmilk, and that's where MMB comes in. Lactating women (they are screened, in a way similar to blood donors) donate their breastmilk to the bank (self-collection is done in the home), where it is pasteurized and tested. After the pasteurization process and lab testing, donor breastmilk is sent primarily to local Neonatal Intensive Care Units. Some out-of-state hospitals also receive donor breastmilk for their NICUs. It's a great organization and if you happen to be in a position to help, you could make a difference in a newborn's life.

They were understaffed for a while and new donors would swamp the express line and cause the flow of people getting in there to halt. Waiting times were 3+ hrs. They have recently hired and have been training new staff and the line issue has been ultimately resolved. Good place, but they need to put more people at the screening desk.
