After doing some research, I came across Brian's Auto Glass and reached out for estimates. Eduardo responded quickly with estimates for both vehicles and immediately impressed me with his professionalism and responsiveness. He had the window for the first vehicle in stock and was able to schedule and complete the repair the same day, within just a few hours. The window for the second vehicle had to be ordered and was expected to take a couple of days to arrive. When I picked up the first vehicle, I asked Eduardo to confirm the timing for the second window. His response was incredible: "Don't worry. I'll drive to Sacramento in the morning to pick it up. Go ahead and drop off the car in the morning." Wow! That is absolutely outstanding customer service!
