At the front door, there was the usual Covid related signage, and hand sanitizer station. If you needed one, there was also a disposable mask! That's the first time I've ever seen that. While waiting, I looked at one of the cars that I've had my eye on to purchase for some time. WOW - price was a lot less than I expected! The representative for Enterprise was at his desk on time, and processed us quickly and efficiently. As a whole, I felt comfortable in this dealership. When the first ETA came up I was sent another ETA changing the time adding another 90mins. When that ETA came up I received another ETA updated adding an additional hour. Then when that ETA came up I was given another one adding 2 more hours to my call. I called to inquire why I can't be given an accurate ETA, and can't spend my day like this, and told the last ETA would be the accurate one. I waited. ETA came and went. I gave an additional 45mins to the ETA as I had received no other updates. Finally I called and was told my call was cleared by Rose, and that they are no longer coming. After 6 hours of waiting in the winter cold and not receiving a clear time frame, they decided my call was done. Leaving me stranded. In the winter. They picked up the call again and I had to wait an additional 2hrs for the tow. Placed the call at noon, didn't show up until after 1900. I've been in the winter cold this entire time. The driver who finally showed up, was the most reckless and dangerous tow operator I've ever had the misfortune of encountering. I've never witnessed someone display this level of incompetence. Named "Bungalow" cause there isn't anything upstairs? This place will never get my business again and only got 1 star from me so I could leave a review, they don't deserve it. EDIT; after lengthy respose from company - was not misinformed I was going based on what I was told and what I saw. Yea your driver is in the cold but that was a career choice no? Did you see on the video him almost hit a van two times? Did you see us offer to move other vehicles or the vehicle to be towed to make it easier for him to just quickly load and him decline us and continue to go back and forth like he was running over his mortal enemy? This was a very lengthy response to this complaint loaded with excuses. I did call, I was informed. You need to work on your customer service skills. Sometimes customers have bad experiences, saying others didn't doesn't rectify the situation. You're overly defensive for no reason and lacking as well.
