He will treat it like his own but be prepared to invest the time and money so that he can work his magic. This is where you come for the best car detailing in Ottawa…read more Pat, who owns and runs the place is the most passionate detailer I've met in Ottawa... and I've gone to many. If you're looking for a premium service for discerning clientele- this is it. If you're a car buff / petrol head / gear head, this is your place. Your car will be in the company of Lambos, Ferraris, Jags, MBs, Caddys, etc. but don't let that stop you from bringing ANY car you love and want to maintain. I can't speak first-hand of Fari's basic car washing service but I do know many who love it. I come here for buffing/waxing and dripless rust-proofing. The work Pat does is stellar. If you're new to detailing remember that you're paying for labor and the condition of your car will dictate the hours. It's very intensive. Pat will sometimes even remove trim pieces in order to treat an area properly. I've been by when he's had seats removed to address an area! If you're debating over a detailing place to try, feel free to msg me if you have any questions about my experiences.

We were both so pleased with the interactions and quality of repair that we intend on returning. Gilbert(?) took some time to talk with my husband, who is more mechanically-inclined than I am, after the repair was done to explain everything and answer my husband's questions. The price ended up being better than the dealership. Even with delays resulting from unexpected part orders, my car was returned quickly as well - just in time before the weekend!

I have been a client of Roy Rump & Sons for about 4 years now and each time I've needed them, I was made to feel welcome by both the front-desk folks and the mechanical technicians. They explain all repairs clearly and with patience. They always provide as accurate an estimate as possible and, if they diagnose an issue and discover it was a simpler fix than they thought at the time, they gladly tell me that it will not cost as much to fix and that kind of honesty is why I will never go anywhere else. They always send me reports with digital photos and videos of the work along with their recommendations to keep my SUV in good working condition. There in only one little drawback... because they are so popular for all the things I mentioned, they are very busy a lot of the time and it can affect how soon they can book an appointment with you but, it is always worth the wait. I can't say enough great things about this Garage. Don't waste your time or your money elsewhere. Cynthia F.

I also asked if they have an inspection service, which they do, so had them perform that. I recieved a very clear prioritized inspection report on my 6 year old car, which I can execute on. Car repairs are not cheap, in general. I think I was charged fairly and got great service. I'm also gonna note here, this business was recommended on my neighbourhood FB page. I notice 2 horrible reviews her on yelp. On google they have a near perfect score. In my opinion, the two reviews don't hold water. One is by someone listed as being in California, with only one review. The other is local, also one review. I'm guessing they are fake accounts. Do with that what you will.
