On Google, Vance's has good reviews, I called my sister and asked her if she ever dealt with Vance's. She told me quite a few of her neighbors use him. So we drive there, they had 2bays with cars on them, which indicates that he is busy working on them and that we were in for a wait. I went in and told him the problem, had him come out to see it, and he said ok no problem. He moved one of the cars out, drive our car in, replaced the faulty leaky valve in 10mins. And we were ready to go. Quick and painless. Good customer service!! 5 stars for this experience. I definitely know where to go if I have any auto problems when visiting my sister.

I really didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling from him when I arranged for this service. If you want a shop who is honest and treats their customers with respect, I would definitely go ELSEWHERE. It is really disappointing to have a shop try to scam a customer who is very knowledgeable about auto repairs and I am definitely not a pushover.

I usually lease most of my cars and it's almost half the price of what you would pay at the dealer. Just keep in mind you pay for what you get and most tire shops have their preferred brands so it is always your choice to buy what your car needs. Do your homework on the tire you want prior to getting there as some tires are rated better at higher speeds then others but you can only drive what 100-120km in the city? Pierre the manager provided the worst service I've ever received. I made an appointment for what I…read morebelieved was a leaky tire. Pierre felt he was expert enough to diagnose my car in the parking lot without actually bringing it in. He said I needed 4 new tires as they would not replace just 1 (car is AWD). I explained that the other tires were not that old and I was not interested in buying 4 new tires. He said they wouldn't replace just one, so they wouldn't touch the car, including putting air in what was believed to be a leaky tire. I told him I lived 45 minutes away and that he was just going to leave my car dead in his parking lot? He said it didn't matter where I lived, it's a run flat. I limped the car to the gas station, put air in it myself and took it somewhere else. As soon as the took the wheel off they could see the rim was cracked. The new garage took the time to actually look, and so they got my business. We ordered 4 new rims and tires. That could have been Kal Tires sale. When I called after to ask to speak to the owner, Pierre continued to make excuses about his sub par service and refused to give me the owners contact stating they would be too hard to get ahold of as they live in BC.
